It's not hard to understand why Joshua prefers the bench-press over more traditional boxing training. There are no reports of Joshua being knocked-out by the bench-press!

Besides, Joshua needs that muscle. He can use it to go wrassle Brock Lesnar at wrestlemania after Wilder (or Parker) beats him. He can go audition for a role in 'Baywatch 2' with The Rock. He's got options. He's the king of Dubai, right.

He beats Wilder whether he loses the muscle or not.

In the long run he definitely should lose it though, like we seen against Wlad it eats up stamina. If/when he does box a clever “boxer” and they take him into the later rounds he will be in serious trouble.

It's comical the things boxing fans decide to believe. It's hard to put on muscle as a boxer, with all the cardio involved.

As I tell people, when the UFC got serious about drug testing, everyone who looked like AJ got busted. They were guys who people scratched their heads over for years. Sure, innocent until proven guilty. But, if someone suspects AJ, they aren't being the least bit unreasonable. They're just using common sense.
