It's not hard to understand why Joshua prefers the bench-press over more traditional boxing training. There are no reports of Joshua being knocked-out by the bench-press!

Besides, Joshua needs that muscle. He can use it to go wrassle Brock Lesnar at wrestlemania after Wilder (or Parker) beats him. He can go audition for a role in 'Baywatch 2' with The Rock. He's got options. He's the king of Dubai, right.

The muscle is fine... Windmill gets clocked by slow, fat plodding tomato cans... Joshua will catch him and Chicken legs is going down...

Too much strength makes it hard to go the length.

Too much muscle on his backside will get him baptized.

                I like this game! lol

Let’s see him against Parker first, he definitely needs to be lighter against Parker. Parker for me is more durable than Wilder. Parker has a good stamina and let’s his hands go more often, he can move/box etc

I have never understand the bulking up in regards to AJ, he really is stiff and robotic like when throwing shots. He needs to loosening up and become more fluid in general.

That's really interesting to know considering many people think AJ is really technical you would think he would have seen it and adapted much earlier or maybe he saw it but was to tired to do anything at the time he went down? Great insight though
