Thurman - More of what's wrong in boxing. He has done nothing special. NOTHING. Brook would beat him. Specnce will annihilate him. Porter can beat him. Doesn't matter. Let the cream rise to the top, even if that means Spence gets beat. Tine to let the good times roll. Hagler, Hearns, Duran, SRL, Pryor, Chavez, Benitez and more all laugh at todays poosies.

[QUOTE=Tom Cruise;18435046]I hope Porter wins because I have no doubt he would go in with Spence given the chance.

        That man is a warrior.
He turned that fight down, as did Danny G also....They were offered the last fight, and turned it down

not what the fans want to hear but reasonable. he needs one tune up and then a defence if his own titles. 2019 lord willing, he will get it on with spence. it could be his downfall.
if spence fights 2 or even 3 times this year, i can only see him improving his craft. the odds should be in spence favor if they both keep there 0.

Same. Three or four years ago, I was hyped for Kieth to get his shot at some big fights. But his style has regressed as far as excitement, and his balls have disappeared as far as making moves to be great and make great fights.

Why can’t his tuneup and title defense not be The same fight ?

Are you saying that his titles will NOT be on the line on May 19 ??

Are you saying his titles will NOT be on the line in a potential Spence bout ?

Or are you actually Keith Thurman posing as a boxing scene user ? That’s the only way this statemen makes sense to me

Other guys have been stepping it up. For example, the HWs are basically in a playoff semifinal. The LHWs are mixing it up too. We got the LMWs in a unification scrap. Also Canelo and GGG. The superflyweights too. There are more examples.

It's not all of boxing, just a few guys at this point b*tching up.

He isnt ranked by IBF and is mando for Thurman. That is a legit reason to not fight Spence imo.

If he beat Thurman he would fight Spence.

**** Thurman, the guy has always been a prick. I hope Spence sparks him clean out when he eventually grows a pair and gets in the ring with him.

Lol...Maybe Keith needs a spokesperson? I get the impression it may make business sense, it just sounds silly coming from a professional boxer supposedly at the top of the division. But what makes this look so bad is only Spence appears to be on the “pay me no mind list.” First it was because Spence didn’t have a belt...now it’s because he has one!! And all this coming from the guy who told a smaller, older and war torn Paulie Malinaggi “Don’t duck me son!” Spence is one year his Junior and they are both in their boxing primes. The hypocritical actions here are completely off the charts. This guys has slowly changed from Anakon Skywalker to Vader. He does know if he loses there are still big checks for him right? Spence is officially king at 147 as this type of commentary negates the power of having two belts!!
