    Lots of speculation. We'll see.

Who comes on a boxing site complaining about boxing???

I'll second what others have been saying. Both these fighters took risks in their careers. Bradley, Mathysse, Mayweather, both lost to Khan one in the pros one in the amateurs, Porter, Berto...these are all solid challenges both boxers faced and deserve more respect than some pathetic boxers who have held titles recently with the most minimal risks ever seen i.e Kell Brook who seriously has the most bum filled boxing record the sport will ever see prior to cashing in off his mediocrity.

It would be nice to see Alexander get one more decent payday and seems to have recaptured some of that form pre Khan. Good luck to both.

Solid main event of a PPV? No. Solid main event of HBO World Championship or Showtime Championship Boxing? No. But how can you harshly judge a fight being given away for free as a lead in for bigger fights on Showtime that night?

Fox (which to me is a very valuable slot for boxing)
It's not a big budget show. No matter how valuable the slot is "to you," the Showtime show has a bigger budget and therefore bigger fights.

should give the opportunity to someone other than Ortiz. Especially when pbc has a long list of fighters.
The opportunity to lose to Alexander? Who should the "opportunity" have been given to?

It will still do decent numbers. Probably between 500-800k

Methinks the winner of this fight will get a title shot............probably against Spence.
