Of course, I did. And before that, I saw Sugar Ray Robinson fight Gene Fullmer three more times after being brutalized by Fullmer in their first fight. And saw George Foreman KO Ron Lyle after being clocked by him several times in the fight. First of all, I am not comparing Lomachenko to Ali. No one is. Second, you are not the arbiter of the criterion of what constitutes all-time greatness. Again, no one is. Boxing experts from each generation determine that in turn. With a few notable exceptions, whether or not Lomachenko or any other current boxer is an all-time great depends on what future generations decide and not what posters to this site say. If I may say, the point is to enjoy the fight game and to respect all the boxers who have the courage to get in the ring...and of course to remember that it is always about the money.

Your point is well made! With apologies to the memory of the late Senator Lloyd Bentsen, "Mr. Garcia, I knew Roberto Duran. He was a friend of mine, and you are no Roberto Duran."Comment

Mickey’s not scared
Unlike everyone else I don’t think that Mikey or Robert are afraid of Loma. However, the weight cut could be problematic. Mickey is a full fledge welterweight fighting at 140. The cut to 135 just doesn’t make sense when you think about the money to be made at 147. I understand that people want to see them fight. But being a full 2 weight classes apart doesn’t make for a good fight. Until Loma is bigger I’ll pass.Comment

Here’s what Bivol’s manager Kornilov said to ******.com on the VADA testing for the Barrera fight:
“No problem at all from our side! We were thinking of doing VADA testing initially, as I do with all my fighters like Ruslan, Viktor Postol, etc. Then the representatives of Barrera said that they are in the Clean Boxing Program with the WBC anyway, and they don’t want to pay anything extra for a specific VADA testing protocol. We are ready to do it and we have already sent in our VADA enrollment form for Bivol to VADA!”
Any thoughts?Comment

Too big to fight him? LMAO, wouldn't that set your bro up for an easy win against a P4P guy then? Who in their right mind wouldn't jump at that opportunity?
Somebody is shook of Loma, yeah you had better duck him - so predictable.Comment

Didn't Loma start mentioning Mikey after his fight with Sosa? Mikey told him to move up and fight a 135 fighter to acclimate to the weight. What does Loma do? Stay at 130 and brings up 2 fighters to his weight to fight. Mikey told him in person face to face, when he's ready to move up. Loma could have moved up n fought Beltran last year. But Mikey is making excuses lolComment
