I don't hate Loma, but his fans making him out to be an all time great without the struggle are delusional. To be an ATG, you have to meet a challenge, you have to reach beyond your grasp. Looking good vs undersized and b class fighters isn't going to do it. He has to bleed, he has to fight after going down, he has to be like Salido and win when he's not supposed to. As long as he goes in the favorite, as long as he stays in his lane, Salido will be his daddy.

It is very gallant and considerate of Robert Garcia to be concerned that Lomachenko is too small to fight Mikey. That is quite unlike everyone else who seeks every advantage possible.
I think the Loma's victory Rigo had less to do with size and more to do with the fact that Lomachenko is several skill levels above Rigo and has a much higher work rate.Comment

Well... Lomachenko is simply a great boxer. You can't win them all that's just life. Fast forward, last month, Loma P4P #1 and made 1.2M last fight. Last week Salido was drunk and fighting with a woman in the street. The bail of 72,500 pesos was posted. He is on the list of thousands of Mexican inmates who can't afford bail. Keep driving...I don't hate Loma, but his fans making him out to be an all time great without the struggle are delusional. Was Muhammed Ali and all-time great? Most of the time he fought undersized class b fighters, as did Joe Louis and many other hall-of-fame boxers. Fact is Loma has called out Mikey and up to know the response has been silence. But now the Garcia camp is concerned for Loma's safety and well being because Loma is too small.I don't hate Loma, but his fans making him out to be an all time great without the struggle are delusional. Fans need to stop treating Mikey Garcia as if he will be bringing life to boxing.
What's his next fight after beating a guy who no one knows even existed? Linares? Linares who? They always talk as if this is some huge record breaking fight or something.Comment

I agree he didn't use is size at all to beat Rig. I want to see how Rig. does after this??? Small size fighters once they lose a step are pretty much finished. Look at Donaire and Chocalito. It is very gallant and considerate of Robert Garcia to be concerned that Lomachenko is too small to fight Mikey. That is quite unlike everyone else who seeks every advantage possible.

I also don't think for one second either one is afraid of the other.Comment

Iv'e never seen Linares get this much love before??? Is this NOT the same Linaries who got TKO'd in round 1 and 2??? And TKO's by a guy Broner TKO'd???Comment

You can always tell who doesnt want to fight by all the excuses that they make. After the Rigo fight Loma was asked who he wanted to fight next and he said Mikey Garcia. No excuses no buts no blaming the other side he said Mikey Garcia. Then they asked Bob Arum if he would make that fight abd he said 100 percent without a doubt and Loma would mop the floor with him. Every time Mikey or Robert Garcia are aske they come up with all these excuses. Mikey has no intention of fighting LomaComment
