The way the title is worded it makes it seem like Robert was coming up with an excuse not to fight Loma. He clearly said it's when will LOMA be ready to fight Mikey and NOT when Mikey is ready to fight Loma. But with that said who knows when they'll fight, Loma is likely to fight at 130 next and Mikey is targeting Jorge it could be next year before it even becomes possible.
