Personally my favorite fight is Charlo vs. Canelo. Both have a very mean streak that would bring out the others best! That fight would not be a gentlemen's sport! I honestly expect plenty of fights within the fans alone...
Red Balls will never risk his career against somebody young and dangerous such as Charlo that fights the entire 3 minutes of every round. His only option in MW is GGG. I will not be surprised if Red Balls takes his $20-30 million payday and retires after the fight.

Saunders is a completely different animal. He's way faster, slicker, with crazy movements. Golovkin will look more average than he did against Canelo.

Saunders is the best middleweight right now, IMO.
Let's get real folks. Saunders looked good in his last fight against an unskilled puncher and a few years ago he beat Lee in a close fight. The same guy who was knocked out by Chavez Jr. Most of the time Saunders has been a big talking ordinary fighter and no more than that.

        Yes, me too.

Strange thing though, let's suppose that on Cinco de Mayo both fights would take place at the same venue.

Which one would be the main event? Logic would say GGG-Saunders because both carry belts with them, but Canelo is by far the biggest draw here. He would bring in most of the money. And he would be fighting an American, to boot.

Has anyone else considered this scenario?

You forget Saunders beat the current no. 1 (or 2) Super Middleweight.

Interesting Question but BJS vs GGG would be too big a fight on a undercard, its for the UNDISPUTED WORLD MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE with all 4 Belts being on the line.

Last time that happened was Bernard Hopkins vs Oscar Dela Hoya in 2004.

Most likely would be that it took place in England at Wembley in June.

Saunders keeps doing this saying he wants to unify knowing GGG has a fight planned and can't fight him, trying to show he can win. The only time he will fight GGG is when his past his best or shows signs of slowing. He had chance about a year ago but conveniently had an excuse. Saunders doesn't have the power to keep GGG off of him and will walk right through him. Saunders won't fight him if they both win their fights as that will be Saunders title gone and he will be knocked out, his not in Saunders or Canelo's league.

I'd venture to say as a unification that fight makes a good payday for both fighters, very comparable from what they'd get fighting Canelo so the argument over money is null and void.
Didn't GGG end up with around $20million for fighting Canelo?

I don't see any way he could match that against BJS in the UK, even if Sky screened it PPV as well as BT. One problem is that Bill is not yet a household name over here, which is why he went to Canada for Lemieux. His profile is about equivalent to Kell Brook's, pre Golovkin. Not a "stadium draw", in other words

See my previous post. No way BJS vs GGG is a Wembley Stadium fight, imo.

GGG should price himself out of a rematch with Canelo, then take on Saunders in the UK. It would be a huge fight, big payday.
Does GGG really need all the stress of GB shenigans and high chance of losing to Canelo in the rematch?
