Half hybrid is a nonsense term. It makes no sense if you know what hybrid means.

It makes no sense in the common sense

But since I have no common sense, and look beyond the commonsensical perspective before putting my fingers on a keyboard, I look for more meanings, such as this:

"composite; formed or composed of heterogeneous elements."

So let me tell you once more that "Half Human Half Hybrid" is a piece of nonsense in the mouth of Wilder, but technically correct in a sheer grammar sense.

Ultimately, one who writes on the Daily Star is not to be even considered as a journalist. Not by me, at least. I prefer Wilder's self-hyping nonsense to that kind of snobbish arrogance camouflaged as reporting.
