Comments Thread For: Nelson: Joshua Should Fight Parker, Povetkin or Pulev, Then Haye

If Wilder wants to be that big star he hopes he will be of he beats Joshua, he needs to get the Haye or Bellew fight even Whyte. I doubt Haye or Bellew will fight him but he needs those fights. Beat any of those guys then go for Joshua and demand 50/50 which will be negotiated down to 60/40 and he should accept.
Most of us want the Joshua and Wilder fight to happen ASAP but Joshua is not letting it happen, no negotiations, no much interest from Joshua and his team so we can only hope Wilder gets smart and go for other popular British fighters then pressure Joshua in.
Joshua has Fury plans, Wilder should get his own.

It's plain for everyone to see, "it's all about the money"
Wilder will come when it makes financial sense to them, Otherwise it's too risky.
Seriously, people in this forum need to study some basic economics. Increase revenue while decreasing risk. Take the risk when the reward is great enough, it's not hard to understand.
We can like it or not, kick and scream, write our angry posts and shout from the hilltops "champions should fight champions" , but the harsh reality is they don't give a **** about me and you unless you're bringing in income.
I guess at least now we have a master plan for 2018 and first half of 2019.

2 questionable failed tests, 1 of which was completely legal.
But... fortunately your opinion does not matter. Povetkin is MANDATORY.

I ain’t a Wilder fan and I ain’t an AJ fan, I’m just calling it as I see it, and anyone who listened to that interview saw exactly what Hearn is all about.
Hearn is way too smart to contradict himself on a radio show, or whatever it was.
I heard Wilder constantly misunderstanding what Hearn was saying and throwing tantrums, ranting and raving like a lunatic. Is that what you're talking about?Last edited by kafkod; 12-29-2017, 05:39 PM.

He clearly contradicted himself, I can’t remember exactly what was said so I can’t quote him directly, but he suggested AJ was offered as a part of the Whyte deal- that was exposed as a lie by Wilder and Finkel.
He said he contacted Wilder’s manager and had been trying to make the fight- that was a blatant lie, and Shelly Finkel even turned up on the show and schooled Hearn.
There were loads of things he said which were utter bollocks.
Watch the interview again man, Hearn gets exposed for the liar he is. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last

The host then cut Hearn out of the convo and spent the rest of the show talking to Wilder, Finkel and Tyson Fury.
There are 2 sides to every argument. You are assuming that, just because Wilder or Finkel disagree with something Heard says .. that means Hearn has been exposed as liar.
And you say I'm biased?
