He probably usually walks around in the mid to late 160's but he's probably put more weight on than usual with Thanksgiving and not having a fight scheduled so has traveled a lot judging by social media. Usually he's always in the gym he may have taken a month off.

If that's the case Crawford is using something illegal to get to fight weight.

That's nothing. Again, PBC''s Omar Figueroa be rocking 190....guess which weights he competes at.

When you're not a stay busy fighter or hardcore stay busy gym, you will gain weight. That's why Lil'G was all fat after Jacobs...

I'm 6 plus 2... Walking weight 216, if I skip a few meals, 5, I get cuts, my woman tries to feed me.. Ideally I'd be a lean 190 give or take a pound.. My body will canabalize itself, real quick.. Too quick..

Walk around weight is meaningless apart from making it harder for the fighter to cut down. Weigh-in and fight night weight is all that matters, you know the weights they actually fight at.

I'm 6 3 and around 250. Just by changing my diet to drinking beer one evening a week and 6 days of greens and veggies with chicken and fish with 3-4 cardio sessions a week I'm down 30 lbs. So a full intense training camp for a fighter with water weight is no problem at all without using anything.
