LOL, the weighin was at 2:30 instead of 5:00. You telling me that those 2 1/2 hours changed the entire fight? Paulie showed a lot of heart and was competitive even in the rounds he lost and gained my respect but he only won 4 rounds by on my card.

Hopefully as you all know, ive been backin Paulie for a couple years now, ppl who have been on this site will know that. And im stickin by him.

I ordered the fight and must say Paulie is tough. The cut he got in the first rd was from a head butt. Cotto was frustrated, he did a lot of holdin and hittin as well as usin elbows and his head. The problem was the first 3 rds Paulie stood toe to toe w/ him and got kd. But he took the power and then knew he could fight. from the 4th rd to about the 9th Paulie won rds 4-8. the ninth i believe Cotto won and then Paulie took one more rd an lost the last 2 but they were both close. Paulie 5 ko's and all even staggarded cotto.

but regurdless it is is a moral victory, there r guys in the top 10 at 140 and couldnt last the full 12. Paulie gets mad respect I had it 7-5 cotto and then give Cotto the xtra pt for the kd. I swear if Paulie has 2 more fight before this he would have won.

Cotto fans dont get too happy ur boy is exposed once again and a loss is right around thd corner

Your just pissed off because my boy Hatton whooped Callazo.

LOL!!! I now see how you scored the Hatton fight with Collazo winning by 6 points!!!! You cant score a slip as a knockdown under any circumstances

Are you serious? You gotta check out your eye sight, Paulie was doing the hitting and I didnt see Paulie stagger Cotto, I saw Cotto fall back once when off balance and he got hit in the kneck /sholder.

Same here, I didn't see cotto get rocked, and Paulie did all the holding, not Cotto. Cotto didn't seem fustrated, he just walked through Paulies underpowered shots.

My man Paulie was doin the holdin but cotto was hittin a lot while holding, along w/ pushin off with the elbows and and snappin his head side to side to open up the cut more.

AND Paulie did stun/stagger him w/ a right i dont rememer what rd what it was when he was steppin out and Paulie hit em w/ a right and cotto's hands dropped and he took a couple steps back as he was clearly dazed.

but im not takin away nothin from cotto he won fair and square, but lets get paulie a little more experience, we now know he can take a punch with cotto movin up, 140 is wide open still...

...Paulie can outbox any one at 140 i think he did it to cotto for almost most of the and this is comin off little experience, he had cotto earmuffed and poppin in 3-4 punch combos and movin through the middle rds, we'll see Paulie's stock def rises w/ this fight much like juraz and collazos did after their recent loses
