There was no way it was a close fight. Paulie won only a couple rounds, 4 tops. Paulie wasn't able to do anything to Cotto, Cotto walked through his jab and dominated him.

Cotto fans dont get too happy ur boy is exposed once again and a loss is right around thd corner


are you saying cotto did all the holding...are you crazy...its obvious paulie was holding and clinching cotto through all the fight...that's why it was such an ugly fight..paulie held cotto every ten seconds...by the way cotto was definitely beating paulie to his jab in the first rounds and it is obvious he stopped using his left jab because he hurt it early in the fight

It was in the late middle rds, i would say more stunned than staggerd, Paulie caught him with a right steppin back and it just stunned him for a sec. Nothin too crazy.

I consider the fight a moral victory for Paulie, he gained a lot of ppls respect, including ppl on this site, maybe even some cotto fans. The kid made the mistake in trading w/ cotto for the first 3 rds. He was kd but not hurt so you have to say he stood toe to toe with cotto and fought his fight and he didnt get ko'd like, branco, torres, corely, maussa, and sosa, which is an accomplishment. The first rd was close the next 2 went to cotto, then I think Paulie took the next 2, then cotto taking a middle rd a Paulie getting 2 more, trust me, cottos team was worried it was a close fight after the 10th,team cotto was frustrated they def needed the last rds which cotto did get, but the rds themseleves were close, Paulie did his job by moving hittin w/ 2-3 punch combos and then smothering

if Paulie could survive cotto, he could take just about anybodys punches at 140. so im not dwellin on the past no more, look towards the future with Paulie and it dont look that bad
