Hes not that undersized and hes more skilled than anyone there. Only guys i see beating him at WW are crawford or Spence. People will say hes too small but thats not true at all. Hes 5'7 and probably walks around 145-155

I think 140 is his limit and even there he would have some height/reach and weight issues. He would be outweighed already at 140. 147 could be for a few fluke wins against non elite opponents.

Yeah but to be honest Manny did it on an era where PED testing was almost non existant. I'm not saying he used PEDs but we don't know.

Manny had natural power though, something Loma would desperately need to fend off some of the bigger guys.

Some organization had WADA standards testing.

Floyd's tests were never Olympic standard and had many holes in it as well.

There is a reason why USADA catches no one but VADA testing has caught loads.

Hey. Pacquiao fan here, and spent years defending VADA over USADA, etc.

Prime Pacquiao was such a draw that it woudln't surprise me if he was on very expensive drugs and/or masking agents. I hope not tbh.
