For whatever reason there is a fanatical fanbase in boxing. They cling to flashy fighters like a toddler to their mother's leg before they shit themself.

They did it with Pac, Gennady, Kovalev, and are now headed toward Loma's groin area.

Loma is the real deal. Excellent boxer/puncher who likes to get the finish - very fun to watch. However, these fanatics - Trump and Duterte supporters - ruin it for everyone else with their cancerous dependency :/

im a floyd fan...i like pac(and have actually been to see him fight live twice cotto/hatton)...ive been observing boxing forums for many years now.....what i witnessed was fans(mostly of pac) constantly picking apart his career/resume and calling him a chicken for years....alot of floyd fans, what you see now, is reactionary...from years of having people basically give him 0 credit.......these same people hate it though when u pick apart the careers of their favorites......honestly, before pac emerged, i didnt notice boxing forums being so wildly divided with crazy hate

Yeah, I pretty much recognised that... a lot of it is disgruntled Floyd fans giving some back, which is why I tend not to mention it too much. I've never been a Floyd fan in particular, but I never understood the hate the guy got either. Still it doesn't really make much sense to me to go hating on other fighters as if it somehow makes up for the **** Floyd got... each to their own I guess, but it's like some of these guys are doing the exact thing they despised the Pac****s for.
