Size wise yes, but his skills will make it able for him to fight and beat guys a weight class or two naturally bigger than him

No they won't. He's too small, and unlike freaks like Duran or someone like that he doesn't have that power to get him out of trouble with the big guys.

First off, your avatar - WOW!!

Secondly, what a lot of people still don't understand about Mayweather is that he was truly a once in a generation fighter. Imagine someone as skilled as Loma and Floyd - those are a very rare breed - but imagine having that COUPLED with winning the genetic lottery.

Floyd had the natural attributes that allowed him to move into higher divisions and not be at an extreme disadvantage. We are talking about a couple inches taller than Loma and SEVEN inches in reach.

Loma can be great, but Floyd went beyond great. I'd be happy to be proven wrong as I love Loma's fighting style.

Are you saying he won't win world titles at 135lbs and 140lbs

I also think Loma's sealing (where he can excel) is 140.
I mean over the years yes.

So its impossible for a guy to move up 5 weight classes and be successful?

                  Isn't this a 147 thread?

He will most likely win at 135, but imo could lose to Garcia. Re 140, certainly depends on who he fights, seems far fetched, but I guess could happen. Not against Crawford though.

manny is even smaller and has an even shorter reach than lomachenko and he dominated at 147

Bookmark it, by 2020 he will win titles at 135 and 140lbs

With Loma being such a physically gifted fighter he has to get his skates on as father time will be on his case.

Not sure if he will clean out 147lbs, but I see him picking up a title their, similar how Floyd and Manny did it at 154lbs
