However, Kell Brook didn't quit! Rigo did! I lost all respect for him. I can't imagine the homecoming he'll get in Miami! SAD!
Oh, I know it wasn’t the hand. Lol That was just a lame excuse to bail out of the fight. Like my boy said — and he was right — if Rigondeaux went out like Gamboa, he would’ve gotten nothing but sympathy and respect. As it is, Rigondeaux shit on a once proud career with one bitch act. Sad isn't the word.

Have you spoken to members of the Cuban community in Miami? What's the word on the streets?

Against donair Rigo fought, against loma he just stood there. That was the difference. Why did he not fight against loma?

Now how come salido was having success putting pressure on loma & gave him his 1st defeat & salido was never a great fighter?

I didn't expect Loma to win that easily.

Loma learned nothing from this easy win but we learned that Loma is levels above Rigo....That surprised me.

Loma lost to Salido who is an average fighter. He only wins when the deck is stacked heavily in his favor.

I'd say that Lomachenko entered the Salido fight too convinced of his superiority and he was not mentally prepared for Salido's aggression and dirty tactics (and also, lest we forget, his being overweight). He surely had a good lesson from that one fight.

This is actually a possibility...this IS Boxing after all...and if it was, Lomachenko was not in on it...

Arum gives Rigondeaux an extra mil or so like they gave Clottey for the Pacquiao fight...I can hear him relaying it to the translator now...

"Look, Guillermo. We both know you have a slim chance of winning this fight. We're pushing this whole 'NO MAS chenko' thing with our boy, you see. We need you to NOT try to hurt him and quit somewhere mid-fight. You can say it was an injury or something."

Arum then makes the "hurt it in the dressing room?" comment afterward to throw people off the scent...too easy...

I tried to tell you this was a floyd/jmm situation......the only difference was floyd came off a long layoff and rigo quit.
