There was a question about whether Salido loss was disputed, this is my argument why it was the case. Why would I cry on the day when Loma made a clear case for GOAT. And why do you want to see Loma fans crying? Explain.

How could he fall apart when Loma never landed anything big? That's my point.

What's the argument? He was getting discouraged from being down on points (oh no, gasp) so this super competitive fighter all of a sudden just ups and quits without even getting knocked down or tasting a big punch from his opponent or taking any serious damage whatsoever?

I think Rigo just came to pick up a paycheck. It is what it is. I still stand by my assessment that something was up and not right in that fight. Same way I thought the Floyd Manny fight was relatively bogus too.

Maybe if the fight would of gone on Loma would have legitimately broken down Rigo to the point where the ref would need to stop it... But as it was Rigo was still being effective defensively, he was just getting down on points.

You don't find it odd that Rigo took NO CHANCES in that fight... What did he have to lose? Surely getting KO'd is a better way to go out then quitting on your stool?

Wow. Yea, that's what happened SM. Rigo had too much pride to get picked apart for 12 rounds and called it a day. Disappointing. I had picked him on points...

No, he didn't. Rigo looked aged to a more active and youthful fighter. I think Rigo's hand excuse is bull****, he looked tired and old. It was like he came to cash out. I don't want to see Rigo fight again. However, neither guy was doing anything, really. Loma was just moving around a lot and when he threw, except for the rabbit punches and his jabs, nothing was connecting. Rigo, himself, didn't do anything. I got a lot of people to watch this fight, and i am really disappointed.

Doctor: 'We are going to leave these (wraps) on, and check them in the back'
              - Rigo points to the top of his hand
              Doctor: 'You're not in pain?'
Rigo: (in Spanish, through interpreter) 'No, not so much'

Is that how it went down ? Can anyone confirm what was actually said ?
I thought it was Rigs. Team who said to the doctor we will take the wraps of in the back??? Was that the ring doctor who said it??? That was very confusing

Basically there was a lot of awkwardness when Rigo would bend low and Loma would get in these little but harmless shots... But other than that Loma was barely landing...And Rigo was barely landing or getting hit with anything decent...

I think Rigo might of been a little shocked by Loma's speed (I actually thought Rigo would surely be the faster guy but Loma looked a little bit faster)

Something about that fight was fishy though. Rigo quits on his stool before even trying to up the intensity in one round? Doesn't make sense.. He got knocked down by other fighters only to get up with new fire....But in this fight (without taking ANY damage) he suddenly becomes so discouraged that he quits without even trying to kick things up a notch first? Something is rotten in denmark is all I'm saying. And I'm NOT saying that Rigo would of even won. But that he didnt even try to fight. Someone as competitive as Rigo suddenly fights incredibly apathetically and gives up on his stool... Seems off...Rigo seemed completely out of character.
Very odd in deed??? I wonder if him trying gaining all that weight messed with him as well???

So then why punch when your let go??? That could of ended up a DQ. But the ref. Had his back for the fight anyways. He never got 1 warning for that grabbing arms and dropping weight BS. It was obvious as hell what he was trying to do. But you'll ignore it.
