Great article. I'm banking on Lomaschenko but I would not be surprised if Rigo gets it.
This will be most likely a slow paced extremely technical bout for the first half and people will hate it. Then Loma will pickup the pace and maybe even retire Rigo.
The difference in body volume will be the difference here.

I was not at all bored with that fight at all. Everyone knows Bob was grooming Donaire as his next Pacquiao Rigo handling him with ease derailed that potential gravy train. Yes, I know at first Loma said at 126, but then he agreed to cw and rehydration clause. Rigo kept shouting how he wanted this fight at 124 with rehydration at 135. Loma finally said ok, and Rigo did not mention him again for over a year. I don't think Rigo was scared, but he is with Caribe the worst "promotional" company EVER. These guys are jokes, and they wasted Rigo's career. Loma again agreed to a rehydration clause to get this fight.

Rigo did finally accept the fight, but he demanded a rehydration clause again. This time it is 138 pounds, at 9 am the morning of fight night.

God dang, how many times has Rigo fought in the last five years??? He is/was one of the best fighters on the planet, but he had a chance to fight Loma before but didn't want to move up. He could have fought him at 126 anytime until this year.

Its all hearsay based on lomas side so of course he'll say those things.bottom line is rigo is now fighting him & its 2 weight divisions up,so all that ended up irrelevant anyways.
