He didn't "let" him punch him obviously but having such little respect for Conor meant he walked to him in a straight line with little regard for what was coming back meaning he got hit.

The punches had so little on them he could do that.

just stop it!! did he tell you that?

so when ggg did the same against brook and the ggg fans said the same that ggg walked brook down and took punches to the face because he wasnt phase by brook's power, the floyd fans said ggg got exposed for having a weak defense.........

To answer your question, no I dont think Floyd let Connor hit him on purpose. Conor even got in an excellent uppercut early on. Connor got hands even if his skill set with them is limited. I do however think that that once he felt Connors punch he had absolutely no respect for it.
what rounds did you think he figure this out?? because it wasnt like he was throwing and landing bombs on conor!! if he had no respect for conor's punches, the fight would have been way more exciting because floyd would be throwing and landing at well with monster shots.

I hope you read your other post i responded to. I don't think he let Connor punch him in the face and I don't know who said that to you, I do however think he had absolutely no respect for Connors so called power. He didn't even try to cut the ring off....he just stalked him

                • I think most level headed people that watched the fight felt Floyd carried Conor given the fact he barely threw anything the 1st 4 rounds. There are those that disagree.

I think where we all can agree ODH asking to fight Conor after all the criticisms he made shows what kind of coked up ****boy he truly is.

To me personally. Rd 4 he turned the dial up and the whole fight changed. His plan was to make Connor blow his load. So there are two things that have to happen here.

                      1. Figure Connor out first. Dude was a very unique fighter and not throwing the type of punches boxers usually throw. So Throw certain punches and see how well connor responds. rds 1-3

                      2. Implement your game plan. Walk into his chest to eliminate his reach forcing the pitty Pat punches, go to the body, make him move all around the ring. Wait out 25 mins....end the the fight. Rd4- 10

I wouldn't call it Brandon Rios, Id say it was the "take him into deep waters and drown him" method that was used
