If per capita is the means by which to self proclaim Puerto Rico as one of the best in boxing... why doesn't Puerto Rico have an opponent to dethrone the 9 mexican champs? WBC belt is the belt everyone wants!!! I invite you look at the opposition those champs have fought to become champs and you will see that those are legit!!!! on the other hand look at the WBO puerto rican champs and you will see they fought pepe the milkman, carlos the mechanic, jose the gardener, and so on and so forth!!!

Despite that, PR is Méxicos biggest rival in boxing historically. And another history fact for you is that in head to head world title fights between Mexico and PR, PR has a slight lead in wins. That doesn't include non title matches. 3. You have the nerve to talk about PR fighters fighting mechanics, milkman and Gardeners? You are aware that no other group of boxers have more fights against cab drivers and fruit vendors than Mexicans right? Mexican boxers are infamous for building up their records against bums before finally trying to make a name for themselves in the US. Hell, Mexicos best fighter of all time in Chavez has about 70 plus nobodies on his record. Mexicos most popular fighter now, canelo had about 30 plus fights before anyone ever heard of him and said he had another 15 that he wasn't given credit for. I could go on and on. HAHAHHA... the Telemundo boxing shows are typically scripted like wrestling in favor of the Caribbean boxers... Everything is stacked against the non-caribbean opponent... those fights are absurd and even then the caibbeans struggle to get that W... I'm embarrassed for the crowd going crazy for this wins... they are so anxious to see their fighters win that they do not care if the opponent is wheeled in a handicapped chair with no limbs!!!! And of course if I was a promoter that would translate into easy money!!!! hence the farce of Puerto Rico is a boxing top tier nation!!!! hahahahhahah..... clowns!!!!
