the total amount of functional muscle-mass and conditioning that you can take into a fight is determined at the official weigh-in, NOT 1 day later.....

excess rehydration, can even be detrimental

you guys crying about a couple of pounds of rehydration weight is hilarious

if a couple of pounds of rehydration weight on Danny Jacobs caused Golovkin sooooo many problems, then how was he going to live with Andre Ward?

      #excuses
Leave the anti-Golovkin agenda for GGG threads, he didn't play any part in this fight. Think about what you are saying here.

The total amount of functional muscle mass you take into fight is not determined at the weigh in, because to function properly muscle mass needs to be fully hydrated.

A 175lb man who dries out to make 160 then rehydrates back to 175 ends up with 5lbs more functional muscle weight than a 170lb man who dries out then rehydrates back to 170, if both have rehydrated themselves fully and properly.

To try and claim otherwise is ludicrous, like saying that a pint glass and a half pint glass are the exact same size .. but one just holds more beer than the other.

        that is absolute, utter, rubbish

boxing used to have same-day weigh-ins

what would your excuse be then ?

you guys are being ridiculous quite frankly

you guys insisted that Golovkin could beat Ward..... but then cried about a couple of pounds of rehydration weight on Danny fkn Jacobs lol

listen, IF Golovkin can land on you, he can control you..... but a couple of pounds of rehydration weight is NOT the reason why Golovkin struggled to land anything decent on Danny Jacobs

        #styles

Ward would have destroyed Golovkin, no question

I will leave it there, I am sure you can connect the dots
I hope you’re not trying to compare Jacobs weight with Canelo’s weight vs GGG? according to ESPN Deportes Canelo weight The nigh of the fight 173.9 compared to the unknown (“190”) Lbs Jacobs is suspected to weigh come fight night. Biased much!

Canelo did not outweigh GGG, according to Bernardo Osuna and the other guys at ESPN Deportes he weight 173.9 compared to 175 of GGG.

It'll be like musical chairs with some fighters having to move up one or two divisions and since power doesn't carry up usually it'll be very telling.
Same thing with chocolatito he was fighting guys at 108 pounds, come fight night he weights 128 pounds unfair advantage, he moved up and what happened? Suddenly his power and stamina are not the same. Bo-lo-cks if you ask me.

if you think that Jacobs weighed 190, or even close..... then I have a skysc****r to sell you in the middle of the Pacific ocean

stop and listen to yourselves willya

first, you said that Golovkin could beat Ward

now, you say that a couple of pounds of rehydration weight on Danny Jacobs is why Golovkin went life-and-death with him

like I said earlier, IF Golovkin can land on you, then he can control you..... but a couple of pounds of rehydration weight is NOT the reason why Golovkin struggled to land anything decent on Danny Jacobs

Ward would have destroyed Golovkin, and you all know it

you Golovkin fans are mugs LMAO

for goodness sake, you clowns got played by the oldest trick in the book

put him in there with cabbies and flat-footed bums..... keep him away from movers/spoilers..... and tell everyone that he is the second coming lol

it wasn't a little weight that made Golovkin look ordinary vs Jacobs/Canelo, it was a little movement

some folks said that would happen a loooong time ago
