The thing i didn't get from the thread upon thread about "Joshua is ducking Wilder" unles than 2 weeks after he just fought, without any concrete negotiation from either side, or the "UK fans are protecting Joshua, they don't want the fight" or the "Why are they scared" etc

If a casual fan says something close to that then i wouldn't mind. But posters that has been on here and understand how boxing works or who have in the past support the opposite of reasons in the same scenario (The hypocricy) that involved their A-side fighter.

Just like every other big fight it will happen eventually. These two boxers will have to face each other at some point. I don't get all the back and forth on this. Right now it just seems like a lot of chatter for no reason. I don't even get what the two sides (fans) are arguing about.

Honestly? i dont get it too. Its pretty obvious both sides want that fight to happen, and that fight would happen in 2018, do i really want that fight to happen next? Nope, I would rather it happen in the summer after a proper build up (Which is happening right now). That isn't because i want either fight protected or scared but for that fight to reach its peak in terms of hype.

It has definitely exposed a lot of the American posters that were happy to explain the workings of the A-side and B-side when it suited their agenda. Now it's "why do you care about another man's pockets" and "you don't want to see the fight".

I believe this fight can bring the HW division and boxing back in a big way. I actually like both fighters. I honestly don't care who wins or where it take place as long as they make this fight happen.

Damn, some timing to make these comments too but it looks like he's done it again. Called out Linares on social media, lobbied for the fight and even got offered a 50/50 split, no issue with Haymon or the networks, no contract required he said "business decision". I'm beginning to lose a bit of faith in Mikey's intentions.

Rumors has that he might be going after Easter, can't be mad at that. Still, Garcia has to be somewhat careful, there isn't that much "big" money fights at 135-140 (especially when he has already fought Broner) or "legacy" fights now that Crawford went up (unless he'd fight the winner of Loma vs Rigo at a catchweight).

The money and the legacy is at 147 but I don't know if Garcia can swim with the bigger sharks at 147 (Thurman, Spence and co). We shall see!
