Stivern's best wins were against Arreola and Ray Austin, glad the fight is out of the way, and in the fashion that it happened.

Even though OP started this thread to devalue last nights win and the loud message it sent out to the rest of the division, there's no getting around it, the longer AJ/Hearn dodges, the worse it's going to get.

I don't even have a problem with Wilder vs Whyte at this point, if they can do Wilder/Whyte and AJ/Parker in early 2018 and Wilder/AJ before the end of the year, that would be the perfect scenario.........

.........but I'm not holding my breath.

Floyd explained years ago how the WBC operates with its ranking logic when they want to push certain fights.

yeah i did do the thread to devalue it, cause imo it was nothing special whatsoever, beating a fat out of shape 39 year old with no good wins in recent years. The joshua fight will happen soon. Theres only one fighter who has a track record of fighting dangerous opponents and thats not wilder.

Yet you think ggg with exactly two quality opponents (one he squeaked by in and the other was a draw) is P4P #1, HOFer and an ATG.

Stiverne is total dog ****. He's not even near Wilder's best win for gods-sake. Duhaupas, Szpilka and Washington are all better wins than Stiverne, maybe even Malik Scott

well why are u all making out it was such a great performance and a 'statement to the division'. all he did was beat a fat inactive out of shape old man, joshua would have put him away early aswell. Stiverne just stood there waiting to get hit lol. Id judge wilder more by his struggles against molina and spzlika than last nights performance.
