You keep repeating this, but the facts don't support your premise.

He's willing to fight Whyte as part of a two part deal that guarantees Joshua if he beats Whyte.

Eddie said no. So move on.

So wait a minute. You tryna tell me that Wilder vs Whyte < Wilder vs Ortiz?

Lmao! You're not a fan of the sport. You're Joshua Protection Service.

You telling me Wilder vs Joshua's left overs better positions Wilder to fight Joshua than Wilder vs what everyone thought was a top 3 heavyweight?

Let's not forget that Eddie Hearn insisted Wilder go to England to fight a bum even though he KNEW that Showtime already booked November 4th for Wilder at Barclays. So how Wilder supposed to go to England to fight on Sky and in England even though he booked already to fight at Barclays on Showtime? He supposed to let himself get sued so he can fight freakin Whyte?

And even if Whyte was willing to come to US? What makes you think Showtime would approve that bum if they didn't wana approve Stirvirne? The whole reason Wilder asked Stirvirne to step aside in the first place was because Showtime wanted him to fight a top heavyweight.

When did Whyte become a top heavyweight?

How can Hearn guarantee a fight in the Whyte contract? Whyte isn't Joshua, they can't negotiate purses etc for a Joshua fight before he's fought Whyte, because they wouldn't know his value. At the moment he has little value because of his demands would be too great.
In what world does it work that a unification fight between two champs can only happen if one of them fights a euro-level bum (who's no one's mandatory) first? This has been Eddie's stipulation for a while now, since he's making up rules n ****, why can't he guarantee in the contract that an AJ fight will be negotiated provided Wilder beats Whyte?

Eddie: To get an AJ fight you have to fight Whyte first.

Wilder: Ok, put it in the contract and I'll take the fight.

Eddie: It doesn't work that way.

What's he on about, he made the stipulation up in the first place, why can't he guarantee that they'll negotiate an AJ fight after Whyte when he's saying Wilder MUST fight Whyte to get to AJ?

If anyone's ducking it's Hearn/AJ with these weird excuses and stipulations. No one's ducking Whyte, Wilder wanted AJ or Ortiz, much more dangerous opponents than Whyte.

Crying "fan of the sport" doesn't help your argument. They booked the venue in July did they? Even if they did it wouldn't be difficult to cancel.

This is prizefighting. Everyone expects fighters to go for the biggest pay available. That's common sense. Wilder didn't do that and has no good reason why. Other than being afraid of the risk.

PBC and Showtime to my knowledge has no ''permanent'' establishment in the UK, nor could they do justify exemption.

c'mon dude, the UK and the USA are greedy is fück. We're not talking about expats teaching kinder longterm or business, which even those citizens complain about taxes. This Double Taxation article doesn't mean exempt of one because of the other. That doesn't exist. For any county to vouch for your citizenship rights you MUST PAY A TAX one way or the other, and hells no the USA or the UK are going to do favors on boxing events where an earner is doing the millions.!

In the world that financially Joshua would lose out of money if he fights Wilder instead of x,y,z fighters. Wilders expected purse exceeds his value to Joshua.

The Whyte fight was to promote Wilder to the UK fanbase and give him a good pay day. Wilder ducked it.
