See I really don't like saying I told you so, I like others to just realize deep inside that I was right all along and nothing they say or do really changes it.

Plus if you are right often it gets tiresome to be going back and doing that.

I can appreciate that as no one has been more right than me in the entire OBC (Online Boxing Community)...so I only come back at the most meaningful times, the times that have the most impact...

But like I said...you are definitely wasting your time and efforts here and should consider what I said...they just don't get the TRUE "fight game"...and they never will.

      Good luck, my friend...

        L.
Klitschko had a lot more in the tank than Ali. You're really splitting hairs here. Anyone who knows anything about boxing can tell the difference.

Meanwhile, Wilder has absolutely no big name on his resume, past prime or not.

Why do you keep bringing up Wilder he's irrelevant to this.
This is about you claiming that Larry Holmes didn't have a "big name" on his resume when he fought Muhammad Ali 😭😭😭😭
How can you give AJ props for beating a 41 year old, inactive Wlad, coming off a humbling loss, then dismiss Larry Holmes' resume😂😂😂
Just accept your L and move on!

Why do I bring Wilder into this? Did you read the thread title genius? The thread is about Wilder.

Larry Holmes carried Ali in that fight. Joshua and Klitschko were more competitive because Wlad was still in peak physical condition, hadn't taken the same degree of punishment as Ali, and was still a legit threat to any HW stepping into the ring with him. Ali was not a threat to anyone by the time he entered the ring with Holmes.

AJ-Wlad was more competitive cause AJ ain't half the fighter Holmes was. I ain't saying Ali wasn't past his prime, he obviously was but so was Klitschko. Still a legit threat to anyone in the HW division😂😂😂 he couldn't even lay a glove on Fury. Wlad was completely shot of confidence against AJ, the 6th round showed he couldn't pull the punches anymore. In peak physical condition😂😂 he was 41 and hadn't fought in 18 months, a prime Wlad would absolutely merks AJ.
              😭😭😭 Keep on digging!
You are made of L's 😂😂😂.

Yea in the US boxers are constantly interviewed and given face time on Sportscenter. Sportscenter may not be what it once was but that is still a major main stream sports outlet that boxers never get much time on (unless you are talking Mayweather), let alone interview time.

When was the last active US heavyweight on Sportscenter before Wilder? Holyfield?

Even a prime Wlad struggles against AJ. Most of his biggest wins came against much smaller fighters. He also has a tendency to spaz out when clipped clean on the chin. Yet, Wilder wouldn't fight him for some odd reason.

Fury is eyeing a comeback, and I would bet anything AJ would be willing to fight him before Wilder is willing. Like I said, Wilder is coming up on 40 fights and hasn't fought anyone. You Wilder fans want to hype him as something he is not. All I am saying is he is not a popular HW champion and is a relative unknown outside of seasoned boxing fans. That is just a fact. I have provided plenty of evidence to support that fact (salaries, endorsement deals, attendance records, etc).

I think you just enjoy losing.

WTF are you talking about I don't rate Wilder whatsoever. I'm no fan of his or AJ😂😂😂. I think a prime Wlad ices AJ and Wilder on the same night. easy work. Why do you keep trying to bring Wilder up??? This is about you saying Muhammad Ali- the biggest icon in sporting history, is not a "big name". Then you tried to dismiss Larry Holmes resume whilst bigging up AJ's😭😭😭😭

You're obviously trolling now. I never said Ali wasn't a big name, I said Holmes beat an over the hill Ali who was much more battle worn than Wlad when he fought AJ. You are being deliberately obtuse.

Fact is, Larry Holmes never had that big rival to set him apart from other great HWs. He came up in Ali's shadow and there was no one to elevate Holmes popularity. You are trying to make it sound as though I am trashing Holmes, which I am not. He would have easily beaten any HW champion fighting today.
