ward was coming off a nearly 2 year layoff with basically a sparring session agasint paul smith....most guys coming off that layoff would want a real interim fight.....its just common sense

the best part is though...golovkin didnt even counter or entertain the ward fight...guy didnt say "how bout after lemieux we do this"....the guys team emailed em back within a half hour with a "NO"!...not even "we will think about it"

theres no way around it..all the evidence supports golovkin being scared of fighting ward...to protect that 0
Ward wasn't coming off 2 year lay-off. He was coming off a fight at LHW against Paul Smith.

BHop didn't ask Pavlick for a tune-up and GGG didn't ask Kell Brook for a tune-up.

Why did Ward need a tune-up before fighting a guy 2 divisions smaller than him?

Do bigger guys usually need tune-ups before fighting smaller guys who are hype-jobs?

ward was coming off a get busy sparring session where he weighed 171 against a LHW...prior to that he was inactive for almost 2 years...smith is considered a C level fighter at best

you are telling me that ward was 2 divisions higher...but at that point how many of wards career fights were 175? not many....ward for all intents and purposes was still a 168 fighter when he contacted k2...

what percentage of wards fights were at 175 before the smith fight? go ahead and answer.......and did ward weigh the full 175 limit for the smith fight? or was he actually closer to 168? go ahead...ill let u answer...cant wait to hear your answers to those questions...my guess is you will swerve and duck those two questions the way your idol ducked a true great

BHop and GGG must have bigger balls than Andre Ward. There's no other explanation.

as predicted....you swerved and ducked the real questions just like your idol ducked the great andre ward

ggg didnt ask for tuneups because neither guy was out for a almost 2 years previously...LOL...its pretty simple.....

you have no logic behind any of your statements and you ducked the questions...but that was all very predictable

It's obvious this was a cherry pick gone wrong. Kinda like Margarito against Mosley.

Pavlik didn't think he needed any special advantages.

              ya

weird thing was ....i knew shane/margs was a cherrypick gone wrong beforehand.....i laid $500 on shane as a 4-1 dog....i knew margarito was really garbage and that naz/shane were going to work off of what was successful for cotto in the first 6 and add to it....but they didnt even need all that.....

however i was a bit suprised at the ease in which hopkins handled pavlik...didnt really see that coming or else i would have put a lil something on nard

Ward wasn't coming off a lay-off when he asked GGG to wait while he had a tune-up, so your question is meaningless.

because he's not a ****** as you seem to be. What person with an IQ higher than 60 would remove themselves from the Cotto-Canelo sweepstakes just to go fight Ward, who cant sell 10 tickets, at a weight Ward hadnt made in 3 years, on a 50-50 split?
