Very average fighter. Fast hands, good workrate and tough but is it enough v a Joshua or Wilder?

It's funny all these wilder and Aj fans dogging parker so much, least they forgot Parker wanted the Aj fight prior to the wbo bout vs ruiz. He was ibf mandotory and Hearne decided to keep Aj away from him. Parker was at the Washington fight and called out Wilder after the fight was done and was told by wilder he had to fight Steverne lol there's proof for it all they don't want the parker fight not yet anyway lol ah well time will tell I'd be a good fight who fights who outta these 3.

Absolutely not the case... at the point when Parker was IBF mandatory hearn had an exemption so said to David Higgins he'd be happy for parker to box on the undercard to raise profile before the mandatory was to be called.

Parker said he would have no issue in doing this but then decided to take the WBO route of his own volition when the chance came about because he could either take that vacant belt shot, or box someone on the undercard of an AJ show, THEN face AJ as mando..

He wanted a belt, he got a belt and in a much easier fashion. Unfortunately his belt means jack **** and his last two fights have been utter garbage. There was never ever a case of Hearn deliberately avoiding parker.

There has also been multiple occasions that Parker was caled out by Wilder.. but his team have made it perfectly clear theyre only after an AJ cash-out

Lol geez the bias is funny indeed dude dude breezeale or Whyte have to fight on an Aj undercard of raise profile?

Get your head out of the sand lol they were stalling, if a belt became available wouldn't you take it knowing that chance was a certainty rather than waiting on a maybe?

If your talking about when Hughie first pulled out of the nz fight Wilder wanted that fight but in like 2 months or something and every other time wilder calls parker out is when parker has already signed an opponent to face lol not like parker is the only opponent wilder does this with.

Don't get me wrong I'd love to see the fight but don't be acting like wilder is always up for it when that's just not the case at all.

Whyte fought AJ before he was champion so that doesnt even figure here... There was huge demand for that grudge match in the UK, there is no demand for joseph parker here.. this is a fact. no demand, no money.

Breazeale was always admitted by Hearn to be a nice easy (but ranked ) first defence for AJ to help him ease into being a champion PLUS the mandatory hadnt even been called by the breazeale fight ..Parker was still working up the different ABC rankings as the WBO intercontinental champion.

How were they stalling? by not giving him a voluntary that at the time he didnt deserve? or even later on by saying, no., you dont draw so fight here on the undercard, prove youre worth in an easy fight and then you 100% get the fight because youll be mandatory ? yeah.. thats some stalling right there, by giving every opportunity to maximise draw ability

mate.. if youre a kiwi then fair for getting behind your man but take off the rose tinted specs

Parkers main problem is gauging distance . His punches miss alot (forget Fury ,look at the Razvan fight , a stand still target ) . His footwork is also limited when trying to land power punches ,he falls right into his opponents that results in a clinch while his punches are already past the target .

This is pretty basic stuff Barry seems to not have corrected . This tells me Parker wont fix anything at this point or he needs another eye in his camp bc these are minor adjustments for a relatively decent athlete !

Barry own statements of Parker needs a few more fights to get ready for the other title holders isn't a bad idea but it makes me think what are they actually doing in their training camps that he looks the same fight after fight ?

Parker is like Ali in that they were both professional boxers & held the HW title...and thats about it. I'm not dick riding Ali that much these days, but lets not put him in Parker territory quite yet ffs.

Parker just went to the UK and beat a guy it was claimed would school him, dude showed a solid chin, 12 round conditioning and didn't flag in the mid rounds like he has previously against Takam and Ruiz when stepping up his opposition level considerably.

Make no bones about to, when Parker fought in the UK their was only one guy trying to make a fight of it, Parker won convincingly and now all of a sudden Hearn doesn't want to match Whyte and Bellew against him, both of whom have agreed other fights the past 14 days in a hurry. Theirs a reason Hearn don't want his cash cows facing Parker.

If Wildwr and his team were genuine about wanting to unify they'd have made Parker and his team an offer already, considering how the next best fight to be made after Ortiz was popped you'd expect Wilder to be pursuing his team to make the Parker fight, but for one reason or another we've heard jack of course.
