Compare that to Loma's 7th fight where he broke the record for the fewest fights to get the 2nd title.
so you are not counting his wbs fights? even thought it was four rounds and no head gear. those records should have an asterisk next to it. but pro boxing is a business. the aura and "record" of a fighter plays an important role for the casuals and some blind fans. Oh I almost forgot, he was paid for his fights. And that is the true definition of a professional athlete. Getting pay...

Yes, he won the fight dominant, but Rigo was getting absolutely handled before that. If a bum in Amagasa can do that, Loma's certainly capable of much more.
no he didn't, he thought he will steam roll Rigondeaux with his size. Poor guy, he was really hurt in that fight. he wake up the Cuban and nobody could recognize him after they stop the fight. he looked worst than angulo. The point is that boxer with talent and name didn't want to face him. Everyone knows this, quigg, frampton, st+ and mares, they all refuse to fight him. Rigondeaux's resume should be a lot better than what it is. And should have a least 4 more fights... And no, he was no handled by amagasa...

You're missing the real point bro.

Rigo has a glass jaw. We saw it against Amagasa and Roach confirmed it - getting pieced by a 14 year old. LOL

What keeps Rigo going is his defense, but he's older and Loma is young, fast and strong. If Loma reaches that chin...Rigo is going to sleep.

Rigo has the facial expression of a corpse, but he'll definitely be in the fight win or lose, I don't care how much older and small he is.

how many times he is been knock out? And in the amateurs? You definition of a glass jaw is very sketchy to say the least... He also say that he was the best talent he has ever saw.

First of all it was sparring, not the amateurs.

                Second, let's see..

Dropped by Cordoba (off a JAB!)

                Dropped/wobbled by Marroquin

                Dropped by Donaire

                Dropped twice by Amagasa

                Damn near dropped by Flores

I call a glass jaw a situation where you simply can't take a punch without getting dropped.

Regardless, we know he has defensive strengths, which I acknowledged. My point is, Loma is skilled at getting past those defenses AND has enough power to put Rigo down.

You can be down but not out. The cordova's knocdown was a jab the he ran into it. His first 12 rounds if I recall. donaire's he was coming out a clinch all squared. amagsa paid dearly because of that just like marroquin, and about that marroquin fight. I know that Rubio has to get him off his bed, literately, to fight him. He was fed-up with the politics and he didn't want to fight anymore. remember? He was in court and the fight was on hold. My definition of glass jaw is someone like terry norris, julian jackson to mention a couple of good fighters. Do you consider Trinidad to have a glass jaw?

Mickey has been trying to fight loma but uncle bob wont have it. Oh & Mickey's last fight was with a PBC Fighter.
Im talking about the top guys at 147 like thurman or porter or even danny garcia. They dont seem eager to fight spence at all. And mikey always says he wants the big fights but he ends up fighting weak opponents. He sat on the shelf for almost 3 years because he didn't want to fight gamboa even though he was offered a million dollars. Then Crawford came and knocked gamboa out. see that's the difference, Mikey talks a big game but doesn't back it up, crawford lets his fists do the talking for him and i respect that way more
