I'd just like to add that Corrales was not himself against Mayweather and had he fought like himself, Mayweather would have been KO'ed if he felt Corrales' power

I believe Corrales could have won that fight had he come in with a different game plan rather than following Floyd around and just looking to land the one hard punch.

Like I said 2sensitive I take nothing away from Calzaghe he put on a great show that night but anyone who has ever seen Lacy fight can tell you he was not listening to his corner or putting together his punches. He was stalking him trying to land one big shot and that was a horrible mistake to make against a guy like Calzaghe.
Your right. All the credit to Calzaghe but that wasn't the real Lacy out there. He was way out of his element. He wasn't even throwing combos. No less gutting though being a HUGE Lacy fan. He will be back though.
And I love how Calzaghe fans discredit Lacy...I guess I can go and discredit that Calzaghe win now and still say he has fought nobody
That was a robot. the real Lacy was tied up and gagged in Calzaghe's lockerroom obviously. the real Lacy is gonna come back and fight RoboLacy in his next fight
He would not have been saying that had Lacy landed a single good punch the entire fight........Or put together his combos like he normally does.I take nothing away from Calzaghe tho great performance but that was not the Real Jeff Lacy that night.
Yup, exactly the same argument people use to excuse Mike Tyson from everyone of his losses. Things such as putting together combos and head movement are a lot more difficult when you are dealing with a tougher opponent!!
