Here is the rule---Some reports suggest that administration of IV infusions, including dietary supplement and vitamin ****tails, are being provided to athletes for recuperation, recovery or lifestyle reasons. This medical practice is prohibited at all times without prior TUE approval. see there is no except for this situation in this rule so your explaination is useless, you need to try harder jnr

    FAIL

Again, your reading comprehension problems are at the root of everything.

Let's try an analogy, maybe it will help you understand things better (if this doesn't work, I will tell you a bedtime story in the next post).

The law says you can only go so fast on the highway: they are called speed limits.

But Velma, the skank Ship out happened to get knocked up, is about to give birth to a miniature "Ship out off the old block" any second now.

So Ship out says screw the speed limit and floors it.

Ship out delivers Velma to the hospital (who will soon leave him in two weeks right after she files for child support and full custody, citing his message board obsession as a bad influence on Ship out Jr.).

But, the cops have followed Ship out to the delivery room. While one is busy getting Velma's telephone number for future oral, the other writes Ship out a speeding ticket.

Ship out shows up in court a month later pretty much a broken man.

Velma has left with his kid.

They are garnishing his pay at Ye Olde Fry Bucket.

And assorted cops keep stopping him, not for any offense, but so they can get his ex's telephone number for oral.

He tells his story to the judge, who at the time is secretly receiving oral from Velma under the desk while hearing his case.

The judge throws the speeding ticket out, saying that the pregnancy was an extenuating circumstance- which the law provides for. The judge understands that the speeding was an exception and that otherwise Ship out is and has been compliant.

It was a situation that was covered in the law even though in normal circumstances it would appear not to be.

    Floyd's IV = Ship out's speeding

    Retro TUE = extenuating circumstances

Then, the TUEC applies the WADA code you cited as "prohibited at all times" and decides if what happened was indeed a violation.

    TUEC = Ship out's judge.

Hope that clears things up for you.

Now don't forget to honestly answer this:

DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY IN MAY 2015 WHEN KEVIN IOLE REPORTED THE IVs AND THE RETROACTIVE TUE?

Ship Out is a lost cause. He still thinks the WADA spokesperson who said a retro TUE for dehydration is according to WADA rules is saying that USADA acted illegally with respect to WADA rules.

No. It doesn't have to be an emergency. You've been here for how long and you still haven't figured that out? You're done.

Again stories but no rules, you and your alt should actually try and back up your fantasy with fact, oh sorry, there is none that justify your story, that's why you always write a page of rubbish to try and make you look intelligent. Sorry, it doesn't work

First of all, you need to sort out why you keep saying that the WADA spokesperson said USADA broke rules....and WADA did nothing about it.

Does that make sense to you, idiot? You've accused USADA of breaking a shlt load of WADA rules, you've seen that WADA has commented on USADA doing the testing for this fight.....yet you can't explain why WADA didn't sanction USADA.

That should show you right away that you are wrong. But you're too dumb to realize that. I told you to ask the other clown, ADP02 if he agrees with you, but you wouldn't. I wonder why

                Facts?

Ship out don't need no stinkin' facts!

I literally color-coded the WADA code on retroactive TUEs for you, Ship out. Then I linked it so you could see it came directly from WADA's homepage!

                You still didn't get it.

                YOU'RE DONE.

Go get hooked on phonics so you will understand what you read, understand that a retroactive TUE keeps an athlete who may not be seen as complying, in a compliant status.

Get hooked on phonics and you will realize that if Floyd was trying to cheat, if he was trying to game the system- and if he somehow got USADA with a minimum annual budget of 10 million to risk ALL OF THEIR REPUTATION for $150,000- then what actually happened would have to be THE MOST IDIOTIC ATTEMPT TO CHEAT IN THE HISTORY OF SPORT.

Yeah, I know I promised you a bedtime story this post
but I am going to have to rewrite it.

I wrote it so a first grader could understand it, but that might prove too advanced for you, Ship out.

Let me edit out some of those fancy two syllable words and catch up to you another night.

And get someone to read and explain this question to you.

Maybe the reason you haven't answered it the last dozen times I've asked is that you...just...can't...read...period.

And I've emailed WADA 3 times and they won't answer my questions, if it was a straight forward answer, why haven't they

Good shlt. I respect that! I’ve emailed...I think it was USADA...a few times about some things. They never respond, bro. Lol. Maybe you should call. I would but I’m not in the states.

You can post that all you want, mild dehydration isn't something you get a retro TUE for unless you bought usada, fluid said it was rehydration in the video, nothing more, you can say this ailment or that ailment all you want, fluid said it was dehydration so you need to work within those boundarys, I've posted plenty of rules that have been broken, you haven't posted one that redeems him knobjockey
