IV infusions during home visits, urgent care or after-hours clinics, boutique IV and rehydration services, and doctor’s office visits are not hospital admissions and would require an approved TUE in advance.-------------could you answer this please, with something concrete, not a rule saying they CAN give a retro TUE for dehydration, fluid would still need to meet the criteria, that is, severe dehydration, not at his house, they CAN only if he meets the criteria, so please explain

Can you please explain how usada omitted code from the fight contract, how they omitted protocol from the fight contract, both of which break rules, I've been asking for many weeks now but you still divert and stall to give you more time, thanks in

FAIL
I just need you to answer one truthfully and you seem to have a problem doing so.
DID YOU OR DID YOU NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY IN MAY 2015 WHEN KEVIN IOLE REPORTED THE IVs AND THE RETROACTIVE TUE?

1. A clearly defined diagnosis.
2. Supportive evidence that no permitted alternative treatment can be
used.
3. The treatment has been ordered by a physician and administered by
qualified medical personnel in an appropriate medical setting. 4. Adequate medical records of the treatment.

See what I bolded in that bullshyt you just wrote above?
None of it is in the WADA code dealing with retroactive TUEs.
You made all of that up, all in your little pinhead.
I just answered it again, BTW.
What is that, the third dozenth time between several posters?
You obviously have comprehension problems.

Some reports suggest that administration of IV infusions, including dietary supplement and vitamin ****tails, are being provided to athletes for recuperation, recovery or lifestyle reasons. This medical practice is prohibited at all times without prior TUE approval.------ prohibited at ALL times without PRIOR TUE approval

There's no reason to even write to this clown anymore. He doesn't know what retroactive means.
retroactive | ˌretrōˈaktiv |
adjective
(especially of legislation) taking effect from a date in the past
USADA goes on record saying they gave Floyd an IV IN HIS HOME and RETROACTIVELY APPROVED IT.
WADA KNOWS ABOUT IT.....AND WADA DOESN'T SANCTION USADA. WHAT THE **** DOES THAT TELL ANYONE WITH A BRAIN?
It's over!
