Do you have any idea of what WADA means by “International Level athlete”?
Just stop now. It’s getting dull owning you.

World Anti-Doping Code • 2015 121------- this for example, usada does not have to comply with any of these rules as written in the fight contract, so they said we will comply with article1-10 in the code dut then articles such as this one allows them to break them, is that easy enough for your feeble little mind to understand, or is it still too complicated

WADA CODE:
Quote:
* 4.4.2 *An athlete who is not an International-level athlete should apply to his or her national anti-doping organization for a tue. if the national anti-doping organization denies the application, the athlete may appeal exclusively to the national-level appeal body described in Articles 13.2.2 and 13.2.3.
13.2.2 *Appeals involving Other athletes or Other Persons in cases where Article 13.2.1 is not applicable, the decision may be appealed to an independent and impartial body in accordance with rules established by the national anti-doping organization. The rules for such appeal shall respect the following principles:
* a timely hearing;
* a fair and impartial hearing panel;
* the right to be represented by counsel at the Person’s own expense; and
* a timely, written, reasoned decision.
Now check the contract, f@g:---------------here is where you posted rules about national level athletes, has nothing to do with this situation, this was a WORLD TITLE FIGHT, INTERNATIONAL LEVEL, so if usada didnt break WADA RULES, HOW CAN THEY REFUSE ANY APPEAL PROCESS, EASILY, THEY OMITTED HALF OF THE WADA CODE VIA THE CONTRACT JIM CAREYPOST 764 ******NY

When did I post any rule about a national level athlete to appeal?
Just shut up you dumb f@g. And shut up with your tran***ual fantasy. You're dumb as bricks and you've already been murdered BY THE ****ING CONTRACT THAT YOU KEPT POSTING FROM.
And no, it's not international level, you idiot. Are they competing in the olympics for a country?
it's over you dumb bltch. Go suck a c@ck somewhere.Last edited by Shape up; 10-24-2017, 05:37 AM.

And frankly Ship-out, you and you butthurt cronies have lost every single time and it hasn't been close.
So, I need you or Splooge or anyone of you cretins to answer some very simple questions.
I have asked them at least twice now and none of you will go near it...and I know why and so do you.
You can't answer them because a truthful answer would make you have to face your numerous errors here.
RUSADA actually did the things with Russian athletes you are accusing USADA of doing with Floyd. They have been suspended by WADA since 2015, the same year the fight was held.
WHY HASN'T WADA GONE AFTER USADA?
The story was broken by Kevin Iole in May. I've posted the link to the article before. Here is part of what was written May 22:
Mayweather also applied for, and was given, a the****utic use exemption (TUE) for rehydration purposes after the May 1 weigh-in. He took two separate mixes. The first was a mixture of 250 ml of saline and multi-vitamins. The second was a 500 ml mixuture of saline and Vitamin C. He was urine tested both before and after taking the solutions.
Nevada rules permit the mixes that Mayweather took, but because USADA was overseeing the testing he applied for and was granted the TUE for them.
All tests came back negative.

WHY DID HAUSER SIT ON THIS FOR FOUR MONTHS?
WHY DIDN'T PAC AND ARUM SUE OR PETITION NSAC TO THROW OUT THE FIGHT RESULTS?
WHY DID ARUM SAY HE COULDN'T COMMENT IN MAY BECAUSE OF A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT, YET VIOLATED SUCH AN AGREEMENT- IF IT DID EXIST- BY SPEAKING IN SEPTEMBER?
These should not be hard to answer if you really think Floyd cheated.
And, be careful if and when you do try to answer these.
Then again, you already look like damned fools so my guess is that you will float some more nonsensical bullshyt...

I already told you. Go find where the contract veers away from the wada code. You can't do it. The part you pointed out is followed, dummy.
It goes like this:
You say that usada isn't following wada's code.
Wada's code says the rule is that this information is up to usada:
Usada shows where the rules provided by them:
Contract:
Quote:
Mayweather and Pacquiao agree that sections 5, 9-13, 16, 17a, and 21 of the United States Anti-Doping Agency Protocol for Olympic and Paralympic Movement Testing shall constitute the procedural rules applicable to any Results Management Services provided hereunder.
you say usada broke wada's rules...by doing what wada's rules say. Lmao. Just give up. I'm tired of this. It's over.Last edited by Shape up; 10-24-2017, 05:31 AM.
