This thread should have died out about 750 posts ago.
That's how open and shut this really is.
You have WADA suspending RUSADA in 2015 for EXACTLY THE SAME THINGS butthurt PAC fans are fantasizing USADA did.
RUSADA is STILL TO THIS DAY A SUSPENDED SIGNATORY.
Yet, with access to everything USADA collected IN REAL TIME, WADA has yet to indicate the slightest hint of impropriety on the part of USADA in over 2 and a half years.
And, they also cannot explain why Hauser sat on the story for 4 months.
They can't explain why Arum and Pac didn't sue if they felt Floyd had an unfair advantage.
They can't explain why Pac and Arum didn't appeal to the NSAC (which was already pissed at USADA for the way some things were done). You would think that they might find a sympathetic ear there.
But Pac and Arum did nothing.
They didn't do anything in May 2015 when they found out.
And beside a self-serving comment or 2, they didn't do anything in Sept 2015 when Hauser tried his smear campaign. Arum told some lie about a confidentiality agreement which he would have been violating by commenting in September if there was one.
I need Pac fans to give good reasonable answers to THESE questions.Comment

This is your main problem. Every debate you've had on here you present a partial quote thats taken out of context to support your argument.I gave Travestyny a quote from Tygart that I had in my notes. I posted what I had.
BUT that is what Tygart said soon after Floyd began accusing Manny but now that same Tygart and friends are talking differently.
What you avoided is that with notice, Tygart admits that the athlete can often do something to thwart the testers. When asked if the notice was from 72 hours to 10 minutes, Tygart always said YES, the athlete can.
So you went and used 1 word from Tygart's full statement. Even then, athletes have used that scheme and also used catheters ... and when I say athletes, I do not mean someone trying to pass his job entrance drug test.
Mike Tyson had admitted to using the Whiz scheme. Others too. Same goes with catheter but there are plenty of schemes that have and can be used. That you will ignore!
