The worst part about pact@rds like shipout, spoon and adp02 is that will be proven wrong in one thread but continue to spam their agenda driven false rhetoric with no regard of the truth in the very next thread.

    Pitiful human beings.

Which they did to the Russians and RUSADA.

You can't purchase WADA, which means if you are trying to cheat and keep it secret, purchasing USADA is useless.

But, I guess you have to actually try THINKING to figure that out.
Shipout is confusing USADA with VADA.

                    You're a liar, Ship out

And everyone can check that bullshyt you just posted against the real contract.

                    Right Here:

                    Here's the WADA Code.

                    https://www.wada-ama.org/sites/defau...oping-code.pdf

I posted the code so folks can see exactly how Ship out is trying to spin things to better suit his feeble-assed arguments.

He is saying they are leaving things in the code out of the contract as if that is some sort of nefarious action.

Truth is, those things they left out are not needed in a professional boxing match when perhaps they would be needed in Olympic festivals or international competitions.

For example, Article 11 refers to teams when a boxing match is individuals.

Article 16 is about doping for animals competing in a sport.

Articles 18 and 19 deals with Education and Research respectively.

But Ship out's lying ass would have you believe that omission of these articles in the contract are some sort of smoking gun.

And the sorriest part is that even if he was 100% right instead of lying and 100% wrong, you'd STILL have to take a quantum leap in logic as to why WADA let USADA do this while the same year they suspended a signatory (RUSADA) for pulling the exact same stunts he is accusing USADA of.

Ship out's ******ity or willful ignorance has reached astonishing levels here.

Now, tell him to go print THAT SHYT IN BIG RED LETTERS.

Wow. You are really dumb, you know that? The problem is that you don't know how to read (or maybe you're trying to give incomplete information to fit your agenda, huh?)

                      This is what you posted:
Rules 4 mayweather and pacquaio agree that articles 1 through 10 and 24.2 and the associated definitions, of the world anti doping code shall be the substantive anti doping rules for all purposes in relation to the competition and the period of pre and post competition testing provided for in this agreement…
First of all, it says articles 1 through 10 and 24.2 are the SUBSTANTIVE ANTI DOPING RULES FOR ALL PuRPOSES IN RELATION TO THE COMPETITION AND THE PERIOD OF PRE AND POST COMPETITION TESTING! These are the codes that will be most important for anti-doping testing, you fool. From the definition of doping to being sanctioned for doping.

But here is the part that you left out, you bltch:
International Standards adopted pursuant to the Code are applicable as specified in this Agreement or otherwise provided in the Code. These provisions shall apply only to the extent that they do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
Let me translate that for you, dumbass. "THE OTHER RULES THAT ARE ADOPTED (PART OF THIS AGREEMENT) PURSUANT TO (IN ACCORDANCE WITH ) THE CODE ARE APPLICABLE AS SPECIFIED IN THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THE CODE!!!

THE ONLY THING that should have been included was about notification. That's the part that you pointed out:

Well, you ****ed up, dummy. This is provided for in the contract, with additions THAT MANNY PACQUIAO ASKED FOR! I already showed you the first part of it that destroyed your ******ed argument.
