Tyson Fury had to go to Germany to get a fair decision against Klitschko a fight he won using the same tactics as Hughie Fury. It's a disgrace really.
    I agree.

But i watched the fight, Hugie didn't mounted nothing when it came to offense. he never lead any round and was satisfied with strolling around the ring. When he did land a clean shot, he followed it with a hold.

It's laughable anyone thinks you can fight at heavyweight ,of all things. I thought at one point it was a walkathon.

Neither are great but Parker just had a very close fight with a guy that was very inactive and basically never fought anywhere near world level.

Parker can punch and stay in the pocket and trade if need be ,those are two very important and neccessaties at HW unless you are 6'9 T. Fury .

I will be surprised if Hughie ever LEGITAMATLEY cracks the top 10 ,where Parker will be for awhile and in lack luster fights bc hes a grinder and basic but more effective than what Hughie has to work with .

Parker can probably remain champ if he just fights guys that are around the same level he has been. Once he fights someone slightly better, i reckon the title will go, or if he fights in a unification. Parker is very average.

It would be hard to see Parker picking up a world title again if he loses it, unless it's another vacant title fight against similar level opposition to what he's been fighting now.

Hughie probably won't crack the top 10. That said, he is 23 and although i don't think he is anything great, he does have some decent skills for his size to build on. From what i've seen though, he doesn't seem to be much of a fighter when he needs to be. I can't see Hughie ever deciding to go to war if it's a close fight and try to push on. That's quite the difference between him and his cousin. Tyson Fury is more skilled anyway but even so, he had a bit of grit about him where you know he would go where necessary in the ring if required. I see that in Tyson as a fighter and his personality. Hughie seems to lack that bit of grit both in and out of the ring. Hughie is probably a very tidy boxer who can trouble some fighters but you aren't going to have it your own way when you're fighting guys like Parker.

You also have to add in fights bc as i said on another thread USUALLY a fighter doesnt peak until around 30 something fights . This applies to practically all fighters . The end result still is without some form of punching power all the skill wont help at HW if you get out pressed and worked over like Parker did to the weaker Fury .

            T. Fury isnt overly hard puncher but he has 20 pounds on Hughie , i actually think Hughie displays better technical punching than Tyson has but this is where the SIZE debate shows up , surely no one thinks Hughie defeats Tyson !

Tyson Fury is/was pretty much a freak of a fighter though. Around 6'9" that can actually move really well with a good ring IQ and can actually fight on the inside well for a big unit. Hughie probably does have cleaner punching technique but i think Tyson is pretty much levels above him in all other aspects. Tyson Fury isn't a hard hitter, but i think he has enough power to keep fighters honest anyway.
