Mick Hennessy is the worst and most ****** promoter in boxing. His comments and the comparison with Ali say it all. Half empty arena and I bet ridiculous numbers on YouTube.

You have to picture Steve Martin from "The Jerk" on this one..."It was HORRIBLE! We ducked out of the first fight because we couldn't stage it in our own country! And then we stacked the deck against Parker with 3 brit judges and a brit ref! Enough?! NO! They replaced the ref, but we still had our judges, AND OUR OWN JUDGES scored it a fair fight and had our guy clearly losing! DISGUSTING! What does a promoter have to do?! Oscar, what do you do?! How do you do it?!!!"

S**t fight
I'm glad Parker got a fair result
You should have to take a champions belt , Not dance around it trying to round rob
Tyson looked like he was back in the nose nonsense at the endtop man

I'm sure none of the Fury camp slept very well.
They stacked the deck - bailed on their commitment to fight in NZ, conned everyone into bringing the fight to the UK, gave Hughie AMPLE time to be prepared for this fight while having Parker waste an entire camp just to fight a nobody in between, and yet Hughie still may as well have not even shown up. He couldn't throw punches. He danced and circled but refused to use his hands..and ultimately, paid the price.
Everything was setup for Hughie to take the title, but unfortunately for them, Hughie's boxing skills, and Peter's gameplan, weren't up to scratch.
If anyone has an issue with this fight, take it up for either of them - they failed.

Good to see Mick Hennessy in good shape, not just physically as always but mentally honed to the point where he alone picked up on that now obvious parallel between Hughie Fury and Ali. You couldn’t make it up. Somebody must have slipped a halucinatory drop or two into the ten course dinner mad Mick shovelled down his neck prior to the gig. It is fact, though, that a back foot Fury did manage to expose Parker’s limitations in a tedious affair. The Kiwi kept coming from the start but defensively skilled Fury had little trouble dodging or blocking most of Parker’s work and if he had any pop in his own shots (he hasn’t) and had been willing to throw shots (he wasn’t, despite urgings from his corner) Hughie would likely have won the fight. But he didn’t.

Let's not pretend Parker looked decent though
He will get slumped if he fights a puncher
I honestly thought he had something about him early in his career .
As the level of opposition went up he's looked pizz poor .
Gets Hit to often to mix with the big boys
