Actually, neither Tyson or Hughie are suspended as of this moment.

Tyson handed his boxing licence in before he got suspended as he obviously knew he was guilty.

He also wouldn't be able to get licensed at the moment due to his admitted Mental problems, depression and being out of shape.

Once the verdict comes out and if found Guity, they will be suspended so even if Hughie wins on saturday, he will be suspended and stripped of the title.

Hughie faces one count of failing a PED test.

Fury faces one count of failing a PED test and once count of not agreeing to being tested by UKAD during a random drug test and then admitting he didn't take it because he was using ******* at the time.

I'm certain that both Hughie and Tyson will be suspended. Hughie for probably 6 months and Tyson for 12-18months.

We don't know what that evidence is.

Imo, the outcome of the hearing will depend on whether the tribunal accept that there is another explanation for traces of nandrolone in Tyson and Hughie's urine other than that they took it themselves ... eg a contaminated legal suplement.

I think both sides will be calling expert witnesses to give their opinions, and citing the results of studies carried out by different labs. Something like that could be the evidence UKAD are talking about.

And lets not forget that the original reason for postponing the hearing was an objection by UKAD, not the Furys.

Tyson was popped for coke by VADA, not UKAD. That is one of the reasons his licence was suspended though. The other is that he was ruled medically unfit to box because of his mental state.

This is very simple. Fury pissed off just about everybody he could when he was champ for a couple of months, now they are paying him back hahahah. he talked about gays, ***ish people, women, you name it. This is his punishment for that I am sure of it. The fact that Hughie is able to fight confirms it for me.

Or, Tyson was sticking the good stuff up his nose, and now wants it to be overlooked. Plus, he's a known basket case, and while the details are grey, PED's are swirling.

Drugs, poor mental health and a complete lack of ability to take responsibility, are pretty serious roadblocks towards being allowed to fight.

It's difficult to say there's a vendetta against the guy, when he's walked around with a target on his back - and still does.

Funny how Fury doesnt follow this whole PC culture BS and gets flagged soon after. They are super sketchy in going about this whole process. This seems to be a punishment for speaking his beliefs that dont fit in with the cry babies that want everyone to have thier participation trophies and can not possibly have their feelings hurt.
