When someone is running, covering up, refusing to trade it is almost impossible to stop them. Canelo, who his fans claimed was this come forward terminator MEXICAN style ko puncher was RUNNING away. When an aggressive come forward fighter is running he is hurt or he is scared of what’s in front of him. Canelo claimed to be the epitome of a “Mexican style” fighter yet when the time came he ran like a Cuban! Again, Canelo’s own fans booed him. Enough said right there.

Lol. He can say he’s SRR And that doesn’t make it true. Canelo isn’t a come forward aggressive fighter. He’s a counter puncher. Also like I said before Just because he’s backpedaling doesn’t necessarily mean hes scared or hurt. He probably just realize this guy in front of me is a plotter and can’t catch me. So that was what worked for him. And he executed it. And We can say the same for GGG. Not only that, he never even made the attempt to throw a body punch which by the way is the signature punch of a Mexican fighter. All he really landed were jabs. Now why are u mad at what Alvarez was able to do in the fight. No I wondered why aren’t you mad At what GGG couldnt execute Or wasn’t aloud to execute.

the casuals ran around for weeks saying that Canelo has poor footwork LMAO..... and that Gennady has GREAT footwork, because..... he cuts off the ring

they likely don't even know what happened in that fight

like I told everyone, having a style that necessitates cutting off the ring, and having good footwork..... are two completely different things

You see what's the problem here.... You assumed that I've never boxed before because of my comment. My comment was simply about what GGG fans claimed for two years he would easily do to Canelo. You're doing the same thing by brining up what Canelo fans claimed and if you took that serious, that would mean you've never seen Canelo fight before. Cuz he's never been what those fans claimed to be. Is that the case?? I don't think it is. I'm pretty sure you've seen a few Canelo fights before. So don't think I've never boxed before because of my comment.

you're right, it's boxing and Canelo would've been dumb to just stand in front of ggg and slug it out. The problem though is the talking that Canelo and his team has done for the past several yrs. When they took the Mexican fight dates from Floyd, they criticized his movement and defensive style by saying people want to see action fights where people go for the kos. Accused Floyd of being boring. Immediately after the Lara fight he critisized l laras movement and said no one should want to go to Cuban school if that's how they fight. He then says he's going for the ko vs ggg and visualizes himself koing ggg every night. Then he goes out and at no point tries for the ko and does significantly more moving than we've ever seen. His mouth is what is causing the backlash more than his actual style.
