Exactly! The fight has been argued and debated for years, with arguing/debating going back and forth and now non-stop since Saturday, and I bet will continue endlessly going forward. Some people on this site are going to log more than 40 hours, which is an entire work week over time debating this and that is silly as hell, pure obsessive/compulsive and gets no where because no one is going to convince anyone on the opposite side that their perception is the right one and it will be like flies endlessly ****ing their heads against the glass. It was enough already with Mayweather and Pac debating years, countless debates for an event that lasted 1 single hour. And now this.
Why is Canelo's defense and body work being ignored?

I haven't seen one media outlet that had Alvarez winning the fight. A handful had it a draw but the vast majority of the media had Golovkin winning.its funny how people now dont seem to count a jab as a scoring shot. It wasnt some flicking jab either, thats a solid shot and the way canelo was running onto the ropes after being busted up by it he sure as hell felt it. You guys need to appreciate you are the real minority and not many people agree with your assessment of what happened. Popular opinion nor statistics seem to back up any of this bull**** being spouted. If you fight on the backfoot, retreating to the ropes, look reluctant to engage but still get significantly outlanded, people are going to think you lost the fight. Dont understand how people seem to find that so hard to understand and mock others for thinking that way.
Alvarez got a gift. The Mexican was fighting off his back foot because he had no choice and was in survival mode from the 4th round on.Comment

Backing up? yes. Survival mode? No. Alvarez never looked hurt in that fight. Alvarez fights off the ropes or out of the corner in most of his fights. GGG definitely kept him backing up more than usual, but they squared up and fought close quarters plenty of times in each round. There wasn't any running. GGG winning is a fine card, but there's no way Alvarez deserves the kind of disrespect people are showing him. That was a great fight.Comment

Ryoto Murata vs Ndam went the same way. Except GGG was more active than Murata, and Canelo less active than Ndam. Half you bitches were crying about Murata winning that fight and now the same bitches are cheering about this fight going to Canelo and it played out pretty much the same
Learn how to score a fight boys and keep some consistency. This favoritism **** just make you look like some hoes.Comment

You don't get points for rope a doping. Or really for making someone miss lol. Canelo was covering up on the ropes looking for counters and unfortunately he wasn't being active enough.
As I said, he tried to act like Lomachenko but he couldn't do it. He's not good enough to fight like that. While did good work, he did it in bursts. Was very sporadic and could not sustain it.Comment
