Canelo's defence again and the threat of counters kept him from whipping to the body like he normally does. Way to easy to just say it was a flaw on Golovkin's part, Canelo stopped Golovkin going to his body with speed and movement. Even on the ropes the threat of the uppercut kept Golovkin 1/2 pace further back than normal so that his punches had to travel further than they normally do, and Canelo's head and body movement did the rest.
Enough to win him the fight ? imo no, but need look at Canelo to figure out why Golovkin couldn't do a lot of things he normally does (if Golovkin did get to do his normal thing Canelo wouldn't have seen the final bell, let alone be able to rally at the end).
