no you cant be honest because you arent being honest right now. read the initial post then tell me how in the world it was a duck. after you realize it wasnt then you can answer these questions for me thanks.

if ward wanted to fight so badly why did he need a tune up?

keep in mind ward had just had a tune up in june of 2015 against paul smith. The offer was made in july of 2015

why did ward need another tune up?

Was ward ignorant about ggg's wbc situation and did ward not realize cotto-canelo were huge stars that ggg would surely pick over him?

why the 3 year delay between the time ggg said he wanted to fight ward and the offer?

ok so who fu--kked up? the guy who ghosted ggg for 3 years then popped up with an offer to fight him when he was scheduled to fighht ggg-canelo or ggg the guy who barely speaks english and said "ward too much for me" very hard case to crack!!!

When they asked for 164 way before the offer it was clear to everyone they didn't want to fight Ward.

how is it not relevant? you are claiming that people who defend ggg won't listen to proof except you are the one not listening to the proof I posted in the initial post. thats classic projection my man.

projection is a theory in psychology in which humans defend themselves against their own unconscious impulses or qualities (both positive and negative) by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.

So you see you ignored the clear evidence of why the fight wasnt going to happen and instead said "daggum has no interest in proof" when in reality you have no interest in proof at least when it comes to this issue. Because if you had interest in proof you would realize no one in the world would expect ggg to fight ward over the canelo-cotto winner and thats what the offer clearly wanted him to do. You can pretend thats not what its saying but look at the time line and it is.

this has absolutely nothing to do with wards offer. its wards offer that proves ggg did not duck. not the weight. if ward had made a realistic offer and ggg turned it down you could claim duck. since he didnt you cant make that claim. the weight was not the reason the fight didnt happen so more distraction tactics. the reason was when. its clearly outlined in the initial post

Ward was the answer to all the GGG haters, Ward couldnt fight because of the legal and rehab situation and haters were saying "fight ward"..smh..LOL....Ward said that he couldn't make 168 after the long lay off, he simply used GGG's name to promote himself.

This thread is about "Proof GGG did not duck Ward"

Him asking for 164 way before the offer is evidence he did. You can't pick and choose evidence.

                  What's your definition of duck?

These ****** straw man tactics are elementary.

Again, did Golovkin ever say he he'd like to fight Ward as in "you know... this situation.. Ward fight no one.. he great P4P champion... now, juss, maybe Hopkins at 175... or maybe later I say 168 for Froch or Chavez Jr at 168."

If you don't mention the ideal figure in boxing that made noise at 168, why not mention his name? This is common sense dude

Ward said he couldn't make 168 a year later AFTER adding weight to move up to 175.

Michael Yormak of Roc Nation, representing Ward, responded by pointing out that GGG’s team turned the offer down “in 36 minutes.” They had not known the Lemieux fight had already been signed, he claimed, and countered that since the proposal stipulated that both fighters would have one interim bout before meeting in 2016, essentially it made no difference to the deal.

wbc prez on cotto-canelo ""We can confirm that the winner must face our interim champion, Golovkin. It's a fight that has to happen, the winner can not face someone else."

ggg fought in october of 2015
                      cotto-canelo in november 2015

Ok so meet ward in 2016 or the cotto-canelo winner in 2016...why would he choose ward? Maybe next time you will do a little research and instead of simply saying a guy ducked for turning down an offer you will look into the offer in order to see if it was realistic.

preemptive response to trolls: yes we know the wbc lied and changed their minds but no one knew that at the time.
What a moronic post. This isn't proof of anything because "real boxing fans" never thought that GG ducked Ward or vice versa. Many fanatics don't even have an idea of what the boxing term "duck" means anymore.
