Nice and on point article. crold1

Only problem is that Rold refers to Canelo as lineal champ. Well he vacated his alphabet strap and changed his division. Zsolt Erdei did the exact same thing a few years ago and was instantly stripped of his lineal title. Stripped by none other than Cliff Rold.

So there is a clear double standard here. One that works for Alvarez and one that works for Erdei. Not a good look from the highly regarded Cliff Rold.

Both Alvarez and triple G have European and non-European ancestry. So the who's white and who's non-white argument is a red herring. To quote a very terrible woman, "what difference does it make anyway?".

It's funny: TBRB doesn't hold Canelo as the lineal champ since 18 April 2017, after Saul Alvarez, in answer to a question posed by member Jake Donovan about his middleweight title status on 11 April, stated: “I am not a middleweight champion. I was at one point, but I am no longer the middleweight champ.”

CBZ has a broken link on the webpage they are mentioning Canelo... Quite funny...

****ing Liar, Canelo Ducked and is Hoping to Catch GGG Aging

All these court proceedings taking place , and they expected CANELO to sign a fight within 15 days & have no training camp.

CANELO would have to give up the weight + half the $ + No training.

It's a no brainer , you vacate and do the fight the fair , normal , traditional way. Then go out and defeat him. Now here we are. CANELO met all of Golovqueen the Goldigging Diva's demands & now we have an Epic Fight.
Oh god damn it stop that ****ing nonsense.

First, you sound dumb as **** saying signing a contract they knew was schedule after the Khan fight for 6 months, and knew he was mandatory for a year before the Cotto fight.

Two, his promotional status was not up for grabs, only money. He didn't even have to be in court. It was a lawsuit, not criminal proceeding. The only outcome was money. For **** sakes, stop ****ing lying you piece of **** bastards. It's pathetic.

At worst Canelo had to split 70/30 and fight at a weight he'd fight at a year later, and one where he was already heavier than the so called 160 boogieman.

K2 was very public they were not even trying for the WBC split. They had already granted the voluntary Canelo used on Khan.

Canelo team wanted nothing to do with ggg at that time, partly to get more money from garbage fights with smith and Chavez jr. But partly hoping gggg ages some.

When they were ready. So was Golovkin team. A fact De La Hoya readily admits.

You ****in Canelo apologist sound more moronic every ****ing day. The enrire sport after ggg went 12 with Jacobs looked to Canelo and said, you ready now. For **** sakes.

The theory is at least it's because he only left or one fight, but that isn't even true.

Losing happens to even great fighters at times

Most great fighters have lost fights so if GGG loses then bounce back in an even bigger fight the next time. Boxing is about money not winning or losing or about titles. GGG coming off a loss would earn even more money. Hell throw the fight and bet yourself to lose as ggg could do. Wlad did it against Fury.

Do you know what king of money GGG would make on Saturday?

                    15... 20 million?... more?
