    What? When the hell did I say that. I said that getting punched by Tyson is the exact same thing as getting punched by Trinidad if the angles were aligned perfectly. The difference in results is because of weight.

    Think about this.

    Tyson punches Brandon Rios with a perfectly timed right hand? What happens. Rios get knocked out.
    Trinidad punches Rios with that same right hand. Rios gets knocked out.

    Tyson punches Kovalev with that same right hand. Kovalev gets knocked out.
    Trinidad punches Kovalev with that same right hand. Kovalev maybe staggers a little but easily recover.

    The reason is NOT that Trinidad doesn't punch as hard as Tyson, it's because Kovalev is bigger than Rios hence able to take the punch better.

        They don't hit harder. That's a funny myth. Assuming you weight 135 pounds and is 5'6. Getting hit by Julian Jackson right hand will remove you from conscious and have you knocked out. The same right hand from Tyson will have you knocked out. Neither will kill you. They will leave the same damage to you. So how does Tyson hitting harder have anything to do with bigger men and weight classes?

        The reason is that Jackson hitting a 6'6 250 pound Joshua won't knock him out at all because the brain rattles less when you are bigger......

            Power isn't generated by size. It's generated by acceleration and timing. Bruce Lee hits harder than 99% of all 200+ pound guys in the world. He weights 150 at most.

            A trained 180 pound marine will destroy a 260 pound NFL linebacker. Why? How?

            If Lebron James hit you in the face with full force, do you REALLY think that will hurt more than if Prime Julian Jackson hit you? James weight 100+ pounds more than Jackson.

                The entire system of any form of combat is built on the pretense of it being a fair fight, the idea is to have two equal combatants , the only single measurement that can give as close as possible to being a fair fight is weight, it is the same with a fighting rooster and pit dogs, its always been pound for pound, weight is mass, mass is power.

                The consensus written in an old Police Gazette in 1800s was an ounce in a rooster a pound in a dog and a stone in a man, of course as modern science in conditioning and technique has improved so much those weight variations before its a handicap are much lower today.

                  The bigger you are and the harder you punch

                  F = MA

                  When you have 250 lb behind your punch it will hurt much more, it will crush your face.

                  Thinking that Tito punches as hard as Tyson or Joshua as Mayweather is ******ed.
