Contrary to ****** Logic GGG is the one with more experience than Canelo

All this talk about canelo having more experience than ggg is bogus and proves even more that a large majority of you posters have never been inside a boxing ring before. GGG has over 400 amateur fights and was facing the best in the world since he was a junior. Canelo was facing mexican cab drivers who would get demolished by the top amateurs in the world.

Canelo does not have a lot of highlight fights. He started stepping up his game in the last couple of years. When ggg turned pro he had already faced much better opposition than canelo and was much more seasoned. Amateur or not when you are facing the best in the world, it gives you more experience in the ring. Canelo's best opponents in trout, lara, mayweather, and cotto don't trump ggg's 400 amateur fights and pro fights. Not even close. Experience goes to GGG. Canelo will fold under the lights like he did against mayweather.

But who's got the better professional resume?

It's a different game than the amateurs.

Canelo has more big fight experience. But I don't think experience will be a factor for either fighter. Both guys will be prepared.

He does have more big fight experience but he also struggles in big fights. Both will be prepared so experience won't be a factor.

            Agreed.

A lot of GGG's Am fights were probably JO kid fights. Those don't really count.

Facts are, Canelo has faced the better opposition.

GGG has the better resume. If you analyze their best wins ggg wins are better. Jacobs and lemieux would be the favorite over canelo's best wins. Lara, trout, and cotto. Lemeuix and jacobs would put all of canelo's best wins in a body bag. But that's besides the point. GGG's vast amateur experience will play a huge role in this fight.

The amateur headgear fights and the cans like Wade < fighting Cotto, Mayweather, Lara, Trout, etc... hell old Mosley is better experience than 95% of the people on GGG's resume. GGG has 0 big fight experience. He has a padded hype job resume. Canelo, a smaller fighter moving up in weight, will be the best he has fought... lmfao. You are clearly the ****** pertaining to this experience issue.

Lol old mosley. Plenty of people on ggg's resume would beat old mosley. And lemieux and jacobs would beat trout lara and cotto. Canelo has plenty of tomato cans on his resume just like ggg. And if you don't think 400 amateur fights don't mean **** against the best in the world since you were a junior then you don't know much about boxing. Their pro opposition is similar. The difference is ggg has fought much better opposition since he was a teen. Canelo just barely just started facing top level opposition. GGG has been doing it since he was 15.
