    This UFC vs Boxing thing

Some talk about UFC guys fighting boxers in a boxing ring under boxing rules, and of course Conor-Floyd. Who will be the boxer to step into the octagon and see them on their territory? Or will they be risking injury too much?

I know its been done already, but i'm talking about active boxers right now. I can see Rosado doing it, he isnt afraid to take a beating and im sure he will make decent money

I think after the 26th when Conor gets embarrassed, people won't be interested in seeing Boxer v UFC, whether it's in an octagon or a boxing ring. It will be that one sided that the whole casual market will feel totally robbed that it would be an impossible sell to make Boxing v UFC again, even in the Octagon.

I mean, obviously you might get the odd lesser known guys doing it when nobody cares. But it'll never happen with big names again, the public won't be interested anymore.

Why would these boxers go yo mma when they would make more money doing it in the ring? If one did it should be one that has experience in something else also. Someone like kermit cintron who i believe was an amateur wrestler in college. Then again he offered to do it back like 8 years ago and dana white declined saying who is he and a bunch of other excuses. Hes probably to old now but maybe someone like lomachenko who also has experience in othet things other than boxing

The first problem any boxer has is he's usually focused his entire life on boxing not combat sports. So that being the case that knocks out 95% of the guys who you'd likely wanna crossover. So you want someone who's done more than boxing so you don't gotta start from the ground up with teaching him take down defense & other basic sh^t a pure boxer would be lacking in.

I think Lomachenko would be a guy who could crossover & do some damage in MMA if he choose to. I think a lot of HW's could play ball cuz HW in the UFC is largely a stand up fighting division so Anthony Joshua with some take down defense & some kicks added to his game I believe could be the UFC champion or contend for it at very least. That said I doubt either attempt it cuz the money in MMA isn't as sweet as the money in boxing so it doesn't make any sense to do regardless of how good a boxer could be in MMA.

Nobody cares about Rasado tho. A guy with a name/belt would need to go. Adrien Broner, Kovalev, someone like that.

Bellew v Bisping is being talked about as a boxing match.

That one will die off once Mayweather stops Conor
