Why does Charlo have to "PROVE" himself to fight GGG?

Lara was mandatory to Floyd's title and the Cuban was calling him out.
What did floyd fanboys say? "Who tf is Lara? He brings no money to the table dawg. Who has he beat? Floyd only fights for money." Kills me.
Same reasoning, or worse when it's your fighter.

and ggg loses to canelo next, so there goes that, but on a fantasy scenario where ggg beats canelo being mandatory to wbc doesnt guarantee crap, how long was ggg mandatory before getting a shot, i mean even floyd was allowed to not defend his title at 154 and still keep it for years...
with the wbc there is nothing certain...
but if charlo beats someone of note then im sure there will be preassure for the fight to happen against canelo or ggg, his chances for landing the fight will be better...

Why all the roadblocks for Charlo??? Rosado came straight to 160 and got a shot(where did he prove himself)???

Ya'll are full of **** and refuse to just admit ya'll want no parts of Charlo as ya'll feel he is a threat
I think everything you said is true, but you're overlooking the economics of it. He's too much risk for no reward. The "prove" narrative is just that, he needs to establish a greater market demand so that the risk reward makes sense.

I think this was driven by Sanchez who has all these narratives in lieu of revealing the underlying money motive.

          this is right
let him fight jacobs or lemieux 1st, if he can whoop either of them, golovkin might accept his chalenge

I don't mind a charlo fight, and he's a mandatory so it should happen if Golovkin stays at 160. However I would expect him to move up sometime next year, or year after that at latest. There may simply not be enough time for charlo to get a shot.

Assuming Golovkin beats Canelo, his next 2 fights should be Saunders or another wbo holder, then the ibf Mando. Then it's charlo.

I think Golovkin takes this fight easily as well. Charlo hasn't has to handle the pressure, and is moving up from 154. He's a mini, less skilled, less tough version of Jacobs right now.

smells like corruption. how was Heiland even allowed to fight like that?!
You mean why was he made to fight like that...he had his knees wrapped and they made him take it off before the fight.

That's because Floyd is too big of a name to be fighting an unknown fighter. Showtime was guaranteeing him 40 mil per fight and they NEEDED and required an opponent bigger than Lara. How are u going to compare Floyd who paid his dues against dangerous opponents like Lara early in his career to a guy like GGG who has one legit valid great fighter on his resume which is Jacobs. He was down on the cards against the second best fighter he faced who was a welterweight b4 a corner stoppage due to broken eye socket.

A fighter should not become number 1 mandatory by fighting a guy who can't walk.

GGG can accept his Mando or get stripped.

What makes you think lil Davey will fight Charlo in the first place.
