So the head of a supposedly neutral commission has the phone number available on demand of the trainer of a fighter who fights under his commission, possibly in his own phone, and they clearly have a speaking relationship to just call him up like that and get his advice on a hundred million dollar business venture. For anyone who remembers the Kovalev-Ward fights, it explains a lot.

Surrrre.
That's why they denied Ward-Murdoch.
It's weird the media don't press NSCA about their hypocrisy between Mayweather-McGregor and Ward-Murdoch? Like do reporters just grow balls for some things and then it shrinks for other subjects?Comment

So Ward couldn't Murdock who was ranked no.5 in one of the sanctioning bodies because they saw it as a mismatch, yet McGregor can fight because he beat another UFC fighter in an entirely different sport, in a rematch to a fight he got destroyed in, and went life and death in the rematch.
Great logic.Comment

If I was that guy I'd just stfu at this point. Everyone knows whats up. You talking about it with this even nuttier logic reasons just somehow make you look more guilty when you are already 100% guilty of making a money decision over a legit boxing commission decision.Comment

If he felt he needed to justify it by referring to past records, he would have been better mentioning Floyd's inactivity and Conor's half decent amateur boxing career, rather than talking about a UFC fight.Comment

It would be a lot less shady looking to just tell the truth and say that there is too much interest and too much money in this fight for it not to happen. And if it's going to happen somewhere, why not in Vegas, where all Floyds other big fights were staged?

I doubt you get a job on the NSAC or any commission by thinking outside the box like you are suggesting this cat do. Its simple sh^t 99% of the time & then money sh^t that other 1% of the time & your job should be to stfu beyond that. I think this guy might have aspirations beyond head of the NSAC to keep talking about this stuff.Comment
