Bottom line is hagler hearns was only an amazing fight because Hearns was so overmatched that he had no choice but to go to war,& sadley neither fighter was even paid very well in todays terms, there was nowhere near the worldwide hype that there is for this fight & nowhere near the worldwide appeal either as this is the internet age, where this fight is much bigger because of it. NOBODY knows whether it will become an atg fight like that was,but on paper it is definitely"bigger" as far as matchups & styles go combined with worldwide appeal.Comment

... "biggest fight in the Middleweight history" in terms of what???
Hopkins vs De La Hoya produced 1 million pay-per-view buys, generating a $56 million revenue... therefore???... is Canelo "greater" than De La Hoya?... or GGG greater than B-Hop?...Comment

I think it's safe to say this is the biggest MW fight since Hagler-Leonard or maybe Hopkins-Trinidad.Comment

canelo-chavez did around the same, one will think that canelo-ggg will do just a bit better... who knows...Comment

So just a couple of months back Oscar downplayed ggg as an attraction and downplayed his accomplishments. Now he's 1 half of the biggest fight in mw history above fights like Leonard vs Hagler, Hagler vs hearns, Trinidad vs Hopkins? Yeah okComment

Lmao at all these fake fanbois acting like fishnets is wrong about this. This is far bigger than hagler hearns as that fight wasn't as big as it shouldve been, people are so naive as to act like either fighter barely receiving a fraction of the worldwide attention this fight will get once the freak shows over amounts to being a bigger fight, big fight= big audience,& mayweather Mcgimper only gets more "attention" BECAUSE its wwe on tour, their fights already a flop, more than 7000 tickets still on sale,Comment
