Crawford does what Golovkin talks about doing.

Golovkin talks about being lineal champion. Crawford has been lineal champion in 2 divisions.

Golovkin talks about being undisputed champion. Crawford is fighting for the undisputed championship later this month.

Golovkin talks the talk. Crawford walks the walk.

Crawford also fights the guys that call him out and campaign to fight him. If Crawford had switched places with GGG best believe he would have fought Lara.

They both have similar records, Crawford being a two divisions champion but GGG has been a world champion more times.

Once Crawford get his four belts, they will quite be in the same place, AKA unified champion of a weak division.

GGG is having his truth test as a pro facing Canelo, seems like he took it a bit too late.

GGG is getting roasted by some fans because he's more hyped.

That's maybe because Crawford hasn't been an outstanding amateur on the international scene and turned pro younger right?

              Golovkin moved up in ams:

2000 Light Welterweight Gold Medalist at the World Junior Championships in Budapest
2001 Welterweight Gold Medalist at the East Asian Games in Osaka, Japan.

2002 Light Middleweight Gold Medalist at the Asian
2003 Middleweight Gold Medalist at the World Championships in ****kok

You should know that Larry since you're geeking boxing.

Yet in a boxing ring (as a pro and amateur), GGG beat Jacobs, Brook, Ouma, Geale, Bute, Lee, Direll wich means 7 world champions.

                How many Bud has beaten?

You guys need to stop that GGG bashing and looks at his whole respectable career.

The praise Crawford gets is deep within the hardcore boxing fans community and it's frustrating that he's been doing the quality and not getting the attention anywhere near Golovkin within his own country.

Why bother criticizing a resume of a fighter like Crawford who is not having countless threads about him as an ATG and measured against guys like Hopkins and Hagler? When people start comparing him to Duran, Arguello and Mayweather constantly, then we an talk about how his resume lacks. If Golovkin was still as obscure as he was when he first stepped up against Proksa and had done all this work since then, you'd have people talking about how great is resume is and why isn't he a household name and why does America hate foreign fighters and the burden of the Eurasian man in the world today. Praise and criticism often relate to how much fanfare a guy gets.
Well, the reason why GGG has been hyped by HBO and co early unlike Crawford is because he was a world champ and an olympian medalist in ams, just like how they hyped Korobov, or Taylor, Jirov or now Shakur Stevenson.

                  Nobody knew nothing about Crawford.

So Golovkin wasn't that "obscure" in the boxing world, at least hardcore.

And some guys are overrating Crawford too, many have him as P4P king.

Crawford said himself "I'm P4P king if I beat IDONGO".

A guy just wrote in this thread Crawford has ATG status at 140.

Each fanbase is doing the same bullsht.

Because Crawford is an African American, while GGG is from Kazakhstan, sorry about the race issue.

Add Lemieux to that list. He lost his IBF title to Golovkin
